Came here for the second time and regret it.

    rating14 Oct 2026

Our first visit was Sep 25–Oct 2, 2024, around the same time of year, but the hotel was a few hundred euros cheaper and still fully in season. This time, Sep 29–Oct 6, it was already off-season, and the difference was night and day. I didn't mind paying more because our last experience was amazing, but honestly, I regret it now. The main reason we returned was the incredible entertainment in 2024. This time? A huge downgrade. 3 out of 7 evenings had nothing but a DJ, no dancers, questionable music (way too many russian songs) and unbearably loud sound that literally gave me headaches. There were only 2 actual shows with performances that week, and both lasted just 30 minutes. The other 2 evenings featured live singers. One was decent, but during his performance THE BAR RAN OUT OF DRINKS! No backup plan, no attempt to get drinks from another bar in this huge hotel. We tried ordering Piña Coladas, but the waitress told us they had no rum for them, then no tequila or grapefruit juice for Palomas, then she got excited when we asked for Pornstar Martinis. So surely they had vodka, right? She disappeared and never came back. ??People started leaving, and 20 minutes into the concert, he was performing to an almost empty arena. Such a shame, because he was actually good. The drink situation was ridiculous in general. Pool bars had no alcohol until around lunchtime the next day, and cocktails were mostly disappointing, with only one bartender at the lobby bar making decent ones. The UAI drink selection has also shrunk, with some drinks that used to be included now costing extra. Paying €3,000 for a supposedly fancy hotel and encountering these basic shortages is unacceptable. The food was another disappointment. Last time I gained 3 kg because everything was so good. This time, only 200 grams. ?? Everything tasted pretty much the same and was very greasy. Even my favourite breakfast omelette was disappointing. Cleaning of the rooms was very disappointing. On one instance room was left even dirtier than before, with dirt in the bathroom. A few times no towels were left and I had to reach out to guest relations to have them brought in.At least the beds are still super comfortable, and I slept amazingly well. Overall, we paid more for a significantly worse experience. I regret returning and definitely won't be back. If you're off-season, lower your prices instead of raising them. Get yourselves together!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not the Luxury Holiday We Paid For

    rating12 Oct 2026

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not the Luxury Holiday We Paid ForOur experience at Vogue Supreme Bodrum was extremely disappointing and fell far below our expectations for a hotel of this category. From the moment we arrived, the service was rude and unwelcoming. At reception, we were informed that our booked Garden Family accommodation had been cancelled because the season was ending and that we would be given a standard room instead. We had no real choice in the matter. We then spent around 20 minutes trying to locate our luggage and find someone to help us.When we finally entered our room, it was not properly cleaned or prepared. The tables were stained with alcohol, the beds were only partially made, the toilet was dirty, the bins were not prepared, and there was no toilet paper, towels or basic toiletries. Both minibars were almost empty, and despite asking staff three additional times, they were not replenished. We did not even have basic drinking water in the room. The toilet door does not close properly. We reported this to reception three times, but nobody took action or resolved the problem.Another major disappointment was the drinks selection. Our holiday description stated that imported alcoholic drinks were included, yet there was no imported alcohol available, including whisky or Aperol. On the evening of October 13, around 11:55 PM, the lobby lights were switched off, guests were asked to leave the terrace, staff refused to serve drinks, and partially finished drinks were being collected. Only local alcoholic drinks were being offered before closing.Breakfast was another serious problem. The coffee machines were not working, tables were left uncleared, and finding a clean place to sit was difficult. Even when we managed to find a table, staff often did not come to serve us, leaving us without cutlery or drinks. Outside, chair cushions were being removed, giving the impression that the seating area was being deliberately closed off.To make matters worse, we were informed just one day before our flight that the hotel was closing and that we would be transferred to another hotel. We were given no real choice. The alternative hotel was cheaper, and the rooms offered were in significantly worse condition.Taken together, these issues made the holiday stressful and disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, missing room essentials, unavailable advertised drinks, breakfast problems and sudden accommodation changes are simply not what we expected when booking this holiday. For us, the biggest issue is not one isolated incident, but the accumulation of problems and the lack of response when we raised them.We are documenting these issues and intend to pursue a formal complaint with our tour operator, Tez Tour, and the relevant consumer protection authorities.Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are properly addressed.

Never book this hotel in advance. We booked in early January, only for them to announce two days beforehand that they were closing the hotel early. It was our first time at this hotel, and it was a bad experience right off the bat.Just try explaining that to the kids. It’s a terrible way for the hotel to handle things. So, folks...Forewarned is forearmed.

Terrible Experience at Vox Supreme Bodrum – Definitely Not Worth It!

    rating01 Oct 2026

Our experience at Vox Supreme Bodrum has been extremely disappointing. This hotel falls far short of the standards it claims to offer, and there are serious problems with the facilities, food, and overall guest experience.1. Breakfast and coffee machinesThe coffee machines at breakfast are not working properly and seem to be out of order every single day. Having to deal with this daily is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.2. Food and the main restaurantThe food served for lunch is almost exactly the same every day. There is practically no variety, which becomes frustrating when staying for several days. On top of that, the main restaurant does not have enough seating for all the guests. There are more people staying at the hotel than there are available seats, making it difficult to find a place to eat comfortably.3. Candyland – broken attractions and hidden extra costsCandyland is another major disappointment. Approximately half of the attractions are broken, with staff repeatedly blaming “technical issues.” Many of the remaining attractions require additional payment, yet some of those do not even work either. Some attractions are unavailable simply because there are not enough staff members to operate them. The climbing structures and the climbing wall, for example, have reportedly been out of service for an entire year. How can a hotel continue advertising these facilities when they have been unavailable for so long?4. Cold swimming poolsThe water in all the swimming pools is cold, and none of them appear to be heated. This makes using the pools uncomfortable, particularly when guests expect to enjoy these facilities during their holiday.5. Aquapark – many slides not workingThe aquapark is yet another disappointment. Approximately half of the water slides are out of service, either because of water-related problems or a lack of staff. Guests expect a functioning aquapark, not a facility where so many attractions are unavailable.Final verdictOverall, this has been a very disappointing holiday experience. Too many advertised facilities are either broken, unavailable, or require additional payment. The repetitive food, insufficient restaurant seating, non-functioning coffee machines, cold pools, and poorly maintained entertainment facilities make the stay far below expectations.A hotel of this category should provide working facilities, sufficient staff, a reasonable variety of food, and enough space for its guests.Vox Supreme Bodrum needs to seriously improve its maintenance, staffing, food variety, and guest services. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a high-quality, hassle-free holiday.
