The resort is located on a private peninsula near the small village of Akyarlar, some 7 kilometres from Turgutreis and about 25 kilometres from the large, popular resort of Bodrum. Bodrum Airport is approximately 60 kilometres away.

This spacious property offers 9 villas/houses as well as 222 rooms, including 182 suites and 28 double rooms, which are located in a residential complex with a lifts (this complex is includes a 2-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings). The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, yoga, callisthenics, aerobics and table football. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon, anti-ageing treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet gives guests many delicious reasons to get out of bed in the morning. At lunch and dinner, there are plenty of tempting options at the buffet or à la carte. Dinner is also served as a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Just had a brilliant week at Xanadu.Our room in a Sunset suite as usual was lovely.Food was excellent.Staff were superb and the buffet restaurant without Nesligul Akin and Fatma just wouldn,t be the same. They are so lovely,efficient and helpful and the restaurant will not be the same if ever they leave. Also a special mention for Diyar in the Archipelago who again is so efficient and helpful as was his assistant whose name I didn't get unfortunately. If there was one downside it was that we weren't able to keep our room longer than 12.00 on our last day as the hotel was full.We always seem to have a late flight and weren't getting picked up until 19.15.However we were able to get changed and showered in the spa so that helped.(Ian and Ingrid ).We will no doubt be back and hopefully soon.     A big thank you to the whole Xanadu Island team. We had a wonderful week and we’ll definitely be back.The hotel is very clean and spacious. There are plenty of activities – SUP yoga, Zumba (our instructor Ram was brilliant) and Pilates. The food is delicious and varied, and the sea and mountain views are stunning.     A stay we will never forgetOur rooms were wonderful, and waking up to such a beautiful view felt like a gift every morning. The beaches were absolutely lovely, the kind of place where you instantly relax and feel at peace. The staff were truly amazing, so kind and welcoming that we felt like part of the family.     We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout.A special mention to the hairdresser (Can), who was absolutely fantastic!
