  Excellent service 24/7, amazing breakfast, very good position of the hotel next to the Merinos parc, with natural warm water springs SPA. It is a very clean place, there is a lovely restaurant at the top floor next to the open air pool.   where is old hamam inside this building

  It is very sad, old traditional Hamam converted to 3 floor modern spa center.Hope one day enterpreneur people understand the value of old historic inheriteges.I am amazed to see high red brick dome ceiling converted 2 floor with very low ceiling Almira Hotel, Genel Müdür at Almira Hotel Thermal Spa & Convention Center, responded to this review Dear Guest,First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel.   We stayed 3 Nights, Hotel is outdated, Rooms are small, Balcony But locked cannot be opened, it was Central heated eventhough we do not wanted just wanted Fan to be on but it was not working. They charge extra for Bottled water if you need more then your Daily allowed free 2-3 water bottles. Very good Breakfast, But small rooms n outdated.   Revamp required urgently.

  This hotel is nice but in my opinion definitely not 5 star. The rooms are dark and the furniture is old and dated. The bathrooms are really old and need to be completely revamped. It has a nice thermal area. The price and rating is deceiving, I feel that it needs a thorough modernization to be worthy of that rating. The breakfast was good, lots of variety and good staff, keeping the area and patrons well looked after. Lots of potential. But not what reviews make it seem to be.
