Hilton Bursa !!
26 Sept 2026
Very much enjoyed our 2 night experience at the hotel. In my opinion, this hotel truly exemplified the Hilton experience. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and their professionalism was top notch. Special mention to Ramuzen, Bisra, Hande and Irem (apologies for spelling errors). I wholly recommend staying here in Bursa.....truly a gem !!!

Beautiful hotel
10 Sept 2026
Wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. We are here for 3 nights and really appreciated the quality and high standards of this hotel. As a gold Hilton member it was very nice to be upgraded to the executive floor with access to the lounge. Breakfast was beautiful and the service was first class. We enjoyed the swimming pool and SPA facilities which were immaculate and very high specification. Special mention to Gizem, Fetr, Efe & Miray for their service. One area where this hotel particularly excelled was assisting me with different food options due to gluten issues.

Bad experience
29 Aug 2026
Location not bad, Atmosphere good, room is wide, high value of strand quality, bad cleanliness, no noise, service bad, From the moment I entered the hotel gate, it was delayed in opening, so I knew there was a problem with the management. When I reached the gate, the porter was not there, so I had to get out of the car and go into the hotel to call him. I entered room number 0514, and at first glance there was an unpleasant smell, so it seemed that the room was not ventilated. We were even more shocked when we entered the bathroom, which was unclean, and the toiletries were not on the counter. This indicates poor management and cleaning for an international hotel. I am really upset.

I stop at the Bursa Hilton regularly and am also provided with a great level of service. The rooms are always very well prepared and the staff are always keen to assist.
