  Amazing service and staff, they free upgrade our room. Specially Thanks for this amazing man i am attaching his picture, i don't remember his name but he was very helpful and friendly. spotless room near to all attractions, shops and restaurants

  The hotel access to shopping district, and very nice design as well , a lot of nice facilities such as gym , roof terrace and well furnished lobby, also stuff are helpful all the time, just to consider some notices I hope management look after in the future because this affected the 5 stars review , the room cleaning is not done early , most time at late noon , also the gym towels not enough , they don’t clean daily because I figured out they don’t change , rest of thing sure I recommend this hotel .

  Excellent hotel right beside tram from bus station. Also tram that circles the centre of town. Courteous professional staff. Rooms are well appointed and the bed comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast or try the restaurant so can’t comment there.

  The nicest, most well run Holiday Inn I have ever visited, ever. Miles above the rest regarding quality of service. From the quaint, comfortable rooms, to the exceptional hotel staff. This hotel feels like old world charm that more expensive offerings promote, while still being great value for money. Look no further.
