    We arrived earlier than check-in time, but they graciously accommodated us and allowed us into the room. The team was very attentive throughout our stay and even assisted us with our additional breakfast request. Excellent hospitality.Special thanks to Tevflik for the thoughtful service.Would highly recommend!

    Friendly staff, but unbearable cave conditions – I only slept an hour

    I really wanted to like Adora Cave Suites, but this stay was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. While the staff were kind and friendly throughout my stay, the actual condition of the room was completely unacceptable.The cave room was stuffy, the fan provided was mouldy, and the whole night was suffocating. Despite being advertised as air-conditioned, there was no aircon at all – a complete scam. There were no windows, no ventilation, and the air inside was heavy, stale, and hard to breathe. I genuinely struggled to fall asleep due to the lack of fresh air.The room itself felt unclean and poorly maintained. The carpet was sandy, the shower area had visible mold, and there was no proper place to hang clothes. Everything felt damp and unhygienic.This may technically be a “cave experience,” but there’s no excuse for this level of discomfort. Cleanliness and breathable air are basic expectations. I had to switch to another hotel in the middle of the trip with no refunds. It’s a shame because the hospitality was decent, but the accommodation was so bad I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my trip.Would not recommend unless serious improvements are made.

    We had an excellent stay at Adora cave suites. We would love to thank Yosuf as his service was above and beyond. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He really made the stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. It was in great walking distance to the everything. The rooftop was perfect for watching the balloons in the morning. We will be back. Thankyou again Eliza and Jordan

    It was my worst experience over here . We booked this hotel for 3 couples and kids . There was no room service we washed our baby bottles ourselves, they didn’t clean the room and breakfast was outsourced, everything was cold and stale , staff was very arrogant and egoistic, they were counting the eggs we ordered in the breakfast buffet. I won’t recommend to anyone to book a stay here.

    My favorite hotel in the Goreme. Great location, cozy rooms and wonderful staff who were always on call and willing to help. Wonderful terrace and view. Was there for 1 week and everything was great. 🤍
