    I’m currently staying at this so-called 5-star hotel with my group of 30 people. Most of us are in double and triple rooms. Some guests have already left, and others will have different activities in the morning.From the moment we arrived, the service has been anything but five-star. They only provided one key card per room, which is used for both opening the door and activating the electricity. When I asked for an additional card, they refused — and the reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.I’ve traveled the world and have never experienced such poor service. At one point, I was left 30 minutes without electricity, because the receptionist opened the door but didn’t come back with the key card for power, as promised. I was left in the dark, literally, until my roommate returned.Avoid this hotel at all costs. The service is absolutely unacceptable, and the staff is shockingly disrespectful. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.Actualmente me estoy hospedando en este supuesto hotel de 5 estrellas con mi grupo de 30 personas. La mayoría estamos en habitaciones dobles y triples. Algunos ya se fueron y otros tendrán actividades distintas por la mañana.Desde el momento de la llegada, el servicio ha sido todo menos de cinco estrellas. Solo proporcionaron una tarjeta por habitación, que sirve tanto para abrir la puerta como para activar la electricidad.     Hotel was clean. But lacked some amenaties which are standard in other hotels such as an iron and ironing board. If you wanted something ironed, you have to fork out EUR 3 to 5 per piece.Also...DON'T lose the room card. If you lose room card, they do not replace it, like other hotels. They charge you $10 for a new one.Internet was bad. TV channel selection extremely limited.Given a choice, will prefer yo stay elsewhere

    The rooms were well equipped and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee is also provided in the rooms and a nice bowl of fruit on arrival. The buffet was well stocked with a good variety of food.The reason for giving three stars were:1. The bathroom shower is not well designed and the floor floods. Some minor maintenance of the shower fitting would probably resolve the problem.2. On the first night our sleep was interrupted at 03.30hrs by an alarm call which was not booked nor expected! The reception was advised accordingly the following morning but clearly to no avail as at 03.30 the following night the same unexpected call was received again. Such an an recurrence is clearly unacceptable and I trust this review will encourage the hotel to review its processes in this area.
