  Highly recommended cave hotel in excellent location and incredible staff

  We stayed in the hotel from 30 Nov to 3 Dec. The entire stay exceeded our expectations as first-timers. Han and his team were incredibly hospitable, making sure we were well taken care of at any moment. We took a cave room with valley view and the hotel was 5 mins from a high point to catch splendid sunrise and sunsets. It’s also located very near to plentiful restaurants and specialty shops. The highlight of our stay is easily breakfast where Han personally attends to every table and ensures you don’t leave for your day’s itinerary without a satiated tummy. On our last day, our transport came before the start of breakfast hours so the team got into the kitchen early to cook us a hot meal before we journeyed back. 😭😭😭 I cannot thank the team enough for making our anniversary trip so special. This hotel will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for the little gift that now sits in our home in Singapore. Highly recommended!

  We checked in early and Han was so friendly, kind, respectful and extremely hospitable. We booked a room without a view without knowing and he upgraded us to the best. This was in December winter time. He turned our heater on so it was warm for us. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfy and the view of the town was amazing.the room was very very cozy. Not all cave hotels there have a view of the town. We had coooked breakfast every morning and the breakfast kept on coming. We had saw in town cheap deals for horses and balloons due to low season and Han matched the prices at the hotel and organised pick up drop off and it felt nice going through someone. Overall an amazing hotel and Han made our stay even better.Would be recommending this to my family and friends.Han if you see this thanks for being a great host. Ya friendly kiwis from across the ditch!

  I stayed at Arif Cave Hotel and it was an absolutely amazing experience, truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, cozy, and incredibly welcoming.The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Gökhan, the administrator, who was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He assisted me with organizing the hot air balloon trip and recommended wonderful local restaurants.. his support made my stay even more memorable.I felt like a truly valued guest here. I will definitely come back again

  I had a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the service and attention were exceptional: always attentive, friendly, and willing to help with all my requests. The cave rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and they also cook other fresh/hot dishes, so be ready to say no when they keep bringing more food! In addition, the view from the hotel is the best, where you can watch the balloons and take beautiful photos. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, they made me feel like family and I’m sure I will come back.

  Exceptional hotel, from the contact and help leading up to our stay, they organised our transport. When we arrived they were so kind and bought us in to the office and offered drinks and any assistance for booking any activities. Betty booked our balloon flight including transport and a tour the next day, all at an exceptional rate. We all loved our rooms and the main area. The staff were the best we had all over Europe, every one of us loved our stay here and the people; they couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast is fabulous as well. Han is so lovely anything we wanted he was more than happy to assist. Overall 10 out of 10, would highly recommend this hotel.
