    One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever experienced! From the overall vibe, to hotel staff, down to the location, and the little details.. Artemis Cave Suites will forever hold a special place in our hearts. The location is absolutely perfect - very central to all things Cappadocia. The hotel also has an amazing roof top, with incredible views as well as live music everyday. Biggest shoutouts to Ayse and Teoman for making our stay so fun and organized.     This hotel enjoys an excellent location, where you can watch hot air balloons drift by each early morning. The breakfast spread is incredibly abundant, and the staff deliver warm, welcoming service.We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, and the room was not yet ready for check-in. The receptionist Rose kindly arranged complimentary breakfast for us. By the time we finished our meal, our accommodation was prepared.Rose gave us an extremely warm and detailed briefing on how to plan our travel itineraries and pick hot air balloon experiences. We were particularly captivated by the balloon tours, and the hotel helped complete the booking for us.Another highlight worth mentioning: after booking the room via Ctrip, I noticed the hotel offered WeChat contact service, so I added Rose’s WeChat account. She replied to every one of my enquiries promptly and helped us book the transfer bus from the airport to the hotel, which brought us great convenience.     We had an amazing stay at Artemis and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable throughout our stay.
