  Terrible vacation

  I stayed at this hotel two years ago and loved it. However, the July 2024 stay ended horribly. Some of the staff members are so rude. The spa receptionist team is mainly terrible. They don't know how to treat customers. The hotel management should train and educate them and teach them how to talk to the customers.

  Hotel in the middle of no where but has a good spa

  I stayed here for two nights with the group from indonesia.It's a huge hotel in the middle of no where. Serene and peacefull but far from the main attractions of Cappadocia (more over 1,5 hours drive). Its spa, thermal pool, swimming pool, gym, steam bath, sauna and all those spa facilities are suitable for those who want to have relaxation and have plenty of time. But not for tourist who have tight schedule and limited time, like me. But I enjoyes those facilites tho.There're complementary bottle water in the room, there's kettle. Room is spacious but the bathroom ceiling, on one of its corner is torn out, worn out, filthy and need a mantainance. Free wifi. Wifi is fast in the lobby but not in the room. I barely got connection in the room. Restaurant is huge and clean. Dinner and breakfast have plenty of options.The funny thing is that this hotel always plays English songs from country music to pop music from the era 70's to 90's aired all over the hotel but unfortunately almost all staffs don't speak English. I found only one person who really speaks English. We'd better bring along our handphone and use google translate of any other apps yo communicate with the staffs.   Excellent in every way !

  This thermal hotel was absolutely perfect, in every way. The rooms are modern and really comfortable. The hotel itself is clean and spacious. The thermal part of the hotel is why we came and we have not been disappointed. Meals are also really good and various, and the personnel is attentive and careful. Everything is united to spend a great time in a family space. I sure will return there next year.   A wonderful week in a wonderful hotel

  The hotel is very large and luxurious. The staff is extremely friendly. The price includes breakfast and dinner, which are very rich in assortment. The best part is that there are mineral pools that can be used for free. The water is healing and warm, so the pools can be used all year round. The price also includes use of sauna, fitness and more.   The worst 5 star experience I have encountered

  Shame on Armas Group for owning a hotel like this one... First of all I'd like to provide some background info on our stay here; we stayed 3 nights, we came here for a wedding of a very respected family in Kirsehir (Also my dads best friends). The checkin process was good, quick and efficient someone obviously helped with our bags and the staff was nice. UP TO HERE I WAS GIVING THIS HOTEL 5⭐️We had just been on a 7h flight so we went downstairs immediately to grab some bites; I had a turkish Coffee, it tasted weird and didn't have the usual foam but had literal bubbles (I know, mind blowing) wish were reflected bluish colours. I got the heebigeebies (as a toddler would say it) and decided not to drink the rest. My mother and I ordered Chicken Ceasar Salad and my little sister ordered a cheeseburger - very basic orders no? Apparently not. The ceasar salad arrived to be a composition of random items (eg. Lettuce, grated Carrots, Olives and even red cabbage leaves just scattered around) anyone who is anybody would know a basic CEASAR SALAD consists of - I hope this finds your arrogant chef: CEASAR SALAD SAUCE (the hotel DID NOT have this) Lettuce (they had lettuce) Grilled Chicken Slices (none of these on my plate either) Croutons (There were traces of these) Parmesan/Hard Cheese (Instead they used feta cheese lol) But without the unique Ceasar salad sauce is it a ceasar salad anymore???? We thought this was hilarious, asked the waitress for some sauce/any sauce to prevent us from eating it dry: she said they had nothing... Nothing. We asked for some olive oil and lemon juice; she came back and said the chef said we could send our salads back if we don't like them as he had no salad dressings. I sent mine back. My mum ate the feta cheese and tomatoes on the top of hers. My sisters cheeseburger was dry and tasteless although compared to mine was a significant improvement. Additionally at the end of our meal I ordered another turkish coffee watched the lady do it, and found out she put Soap - SOAP to make it foamy and bubbly which is an embarrassment! Would rather have foamless coffee than potentially getting a chemical poisoning. Food quality must be improved at this hotel after this horrible experience we didn't go to dinner or breakfast on the following days. Up to here 3⭐️On the brightside rooms were bright and spacious - they stunk of tobacco but still nicely decorated. Air - Condition DOES NOT WORK, it blows out mildly chilled air but in respect to cooling down the room does absolutely nothing, hotel management should take a good look at this issue (and at themselves, but lets keep it graceful). The hotel contains lots of random people who are locals just randomly staring you down at the terrace or walking through corridors and it's so uncomfortable. Here I am minding my own business and this black haired lady with 4 men around are just staring me up and down as if I've just entered her territory and she owns this hotel. Very uncomfortable and don't know why management allows locals in to hotel corridors and cafe & bar. I'll be sleeping and these men will be strolling on my corridors as if they are looking for a prey. I felt extremely uncomfortable, I was scared that someone would find out which room I stay and had to lock the door. 2⭐️ up to here But the worst and the worst of the worst thing about this hotel is the top floor which is a grilled meat restaurant (meant to be). Do not take your kids here don't go here yourself if you're a female. After the "Kina gecesi" we decided to come here for some food as how bad can a grill go? It was me, my sister, my uncle and my cousin, we pressed the button for the 15th floor: big mistake. The elevator opened up and there was a strong musk on the corridor of alcohol and tobacco- extremely strong. As soon as we went in 20/25 mafia looking men turned their heads and stared at us, dress wearing, all fancied up women, they were about to drool if they could. These men had guns, were drunk, this was the scariest situation I had ever been in. I am already uncomfortable with guns and violence but finding out that there was armed drunk local men directly upstairs from me made it extremely unpleasant. We immediately ran for our lives and got back in to the elevator.
