The place is run by a family that appears to live there. It smells and is very dirty. Nothing in the hotel works (e.g., the ice machines and the pool). It's the worst hotel I've stayed at.

Worst hotel experience ever

No housekeeper. Had to take out my own trash and ask for trash bags and toilet paper. The staff was obviously monitoring patrons during breakfast. The Continental breakfast was egg and sausage patties, watered down coffee, waffles and cereal. You could tell they were monitoring everything. I felt very uncomfortable.

Poor customer service. Was not told that room cleaning was by request only. Was not told that clean towels was by request only.

Don’t be like us and think it can’t be that bad. It’s disgustingly dirty, terrible service hallway smells like straight up unwashed ass in the summer. The holiday inn across the street is WAY nicer for the same price.
