Location

This historical hotel is located roughly 300 m from the centre of Göreme, with bars and restaurants, in one of the most enchanting areas in Cappadocia. Uçhisar is about 4 km away and has some public amenities such as a post office and some shops, while the larger town of Nevşehir is about 12 km away. Nevşehir Airport is about 13 km away and Kayseri Erkilet Airport is around 77 km away.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 13 suites and 21 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer is also provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    Arrived in Göreme yesterday. Had a great evening meal here, then went on a stunning balloon tour early this morning with Kapadokya Balloon company (we know someone who used to pilot for them) and returned for a sumptuous breakfast. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and we feel welcome and well looked after.     Everything was perfect!

    We were only here for two nights but it was an experience my wife and I ranked as an all timer and we have traveled around the globe.It wasn’t opulent or glamorous but it was more than we hoped for from the staff to the views to the restaurant.I wanted to shout out one young man who allowed me to use his phone for 30 minutes to solve an airline problem.I hope I spell his name correctly, Andac Yilmaz and it was only his third day working there but he could not have been more helpful so I was very grateful.Great views, food to die for and the room was so unique and spacious.Strongly recommend for a great views overlooking the valley for the balloons.     Stunning Cave Hotel with Gorgeous Views

    We arrived to the hotel late at night but we were met with very welcoming reception staff who walked us through the hotel offerings and took us to our room. The cave nature of the hotel was beautiful as was our cave room. We were surprised, given that this is a prestigous hotel, that there were limited amenities in our room and that the safe did not work. Nonetheless we did not let that bother us. We explored every part of the hotel including its rooftop bar and the stunning lounger terraces which are furnished with beautiful rugs and cushions to enjoy the views overlooking Goreme town. The hotel was very well located for us to access the town and get to different restaurants and shops on foot. On one day, we were out the entire day but our room was not cleaned and on another, staff were fixing something in the adjacent room and making a big noise - some things for the hotel to brush up on. The breakfast spread was delicious, however it was the same every day. Another suggestion that the hotel should change up the breaksfast menu every few days. The restaurant and bar staff were lovely but had a limited understanding of english. The reception staff were wonderful and very helpful in helping us co-ordinating our activities. In fact, from the time I confirmed our booking, they were in touch with me on Whatsapp immediately, which was nice. Quick Tip: The hotel can arrange private or group transfers. Use the group transfers as it is much cheaper and you will make your flight on time because all users of the transfer would be collected and would be transferring for the same flight.     Very interesting place to stay with great views of the balloons

    We loved our stay at Cave Suites. The hotel itself is really Interesting for scenery along with the surrounding area. I really enjoyed watching the hot air balloons each morning at sunrise. Sunset drinks on the terrace were also nice. Breakfast was lovely and the service by the 3 gentlemen eachMorning was outstanding.As there are steps everywhere, the staff are available to assist with luggage and were only too happy to offer.When we arrived, we were greeted by Yosef, who provided Amazing service. He not only arranged our luggage to be collected from our car, he took us on a personal tour of the hotel to show us our room, viewing terrace areas, bar, breakfast Resturant etc. he also arranged some tea to be bought to our room as we settled in. All staff here provided wonderful service.It’s a Short walk down hill to heart of town. Although you need to walk back up hill, it’s not too strenuous. Most comfy bed and linen!There was a small downside as the bathroom did not have a shower curtain so Water continuously went all over our floor when we showered, but fortunately we had cleaners in each day who changed our towels.I highly recommend.     This hotel was wonderful. The room was a real cave room, and all the staff were very kind — especially Yosef, who was very friendly.The breakfast was excellent, the location was great, and I had a very comfortable stay.There was also a terrace overlooking the city, which made my time there even more enjoyable.
