Location

The hotel is located in the village of Mustafapasa, in historical Sinasos. Moreover, it is situated in the heart of Cappadocia but away from most of the tourist traffic. Urgup is approximately 5.5 km away and some shops and eateries can be found here, as well as a small bus station. Erkilet International Airport is roughly 80 km away, while Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport is approximately 55 km from the property.

Facility

16 non-smoking rooms are available to guests. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.     Gorgeous and Great Service

    Cappadocia Estates is an absolutely beautiful hotel, with large luxurious rooms in a gorgeous setting and a caring and attentive staff. The rooms are set into a hillside in a series of stacked terraces overlooking Mustafapasa surrounding a secure courtyard. I feel almost silly mentioning the basics like how comfortable and clean the room was, and how safe and secure it felt, because it was so much more than that. The hotel puts out a glorious breakfast spread, and even adjusted their timing just for us to fit our early sightseeing schedule. Earlier on our trip we stayed in a great place in Athens, and while that was a typical European size hotel room, it would have fit inside our bathroom at Cappadocia Estates. We felt like we had fallen into some rich person's life. Everyone should see Cappadocia at least once in their life, and when they do, they should stay here. I'm generally a very critical person and I can't come up with a single criticism of Cappadocia Estates.

    This is a magical place and experience. The soaciuks rooms are carved into caves, but this is nor roughing it. It is a first class, unique and special place. The rooms are huge, beautifully appointed, and the bathrooms are so luxurious. The owner is charming, welcoming and so interesting.

    Romantic. Like being in one’s private, silent palace. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with. Rooms are all unique. Some have carved cave-like walls. Mine was airy and spacious. Breakfast diverse and extensive. The hotel is not lavish. Simplicity executed to perfection. The “feel” is local, and Turkish, and fabulously serene. Rumi would enjoy the zen of staying here.

    Our Rick Steves tour group of 24 people spent three nights here in March 2026. My room was large, warm, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific and we had two group dinners here that were wonderful. The staff was highly attentive and hospitable.

    Cappadocia Estates puts you in luxury and history. The restored structure of caves is tastefully and respectfully done. The food is delicious and the staff friendly and accommodating. It’s the best hotel in my two weeks of touring western Türkiye, and maybe of all my travels.
