  Overnight in BKK

  The hotel is quite convenient for overnight during travel from Don Mueang Airport. Distanced less than 100 baths away from Don Mueang.The breakfast is very basic, but given the price of the room is fair in quality. A few convenience stores less than 5min walking away from the hotel.

  1) The booking i booked thru traveloka, 04/04/19. The price thought reasonable, but the service lousy so did traveloka . (20/11-21/11 for 2 rooms for 1 night). In my remarks early, requested the shuttle service from hotel to don muang airport early morning, When i check in, i try to remind them, my shuttle service to don muang airport early morning. They telling me, the driver is on leave. What kind of silly and stupid answer. Nobody can replace ???? . What a big hotel, can give a nonsense answer. Very disappointed with the service. First and last. NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY. Of course you still can find nearby hotel with shuttle service.

  Hotel not keeping to agreement when booked

  The sole reason for booking this hotel was that, at the time of my booking, they were offering a free shuttle to the DMK airport. On arrival at the hotel, (after the grab driver got lost and ended up going wrong way on a one way street, hotel is difficult to find!), I asked about the timings of the shuttle, only to be informed that they didn't offer that service anymore. I therefore cancelled the booking immediately and booked into the very pleasant (with walking access to DMK) Amari Airport Hotel. Surely this hotel should have advised people who had made it clear at the time of booking that they wanted the use of the shuttle, that the shuttle was no longer available prior to the person arriving?

  Enjoyed Our Stay

  We stayed one night for a wedding in 'The Hall' behind the hotel. The staff were very nice and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is old but the room had been renovated and was very clean and comfortable. We had a couple of meals at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and reasonably priced. We would certainly stay here again.

  Had a long, unexpected layover in BKK and had to look for last minute accommodations nearby. Booked Louis' Tavern online last minute, late at night and was delighted by the reception we received upon arrival. There was one front desk receptionist that was truly remarkable. Ms. Kanjananuch couldn't have been more welcoming and professional. She must have been tired too but despite that, she was amiable and checked us in with no hiccups. What started off as a terrible night ended surprisingly well thanks to the customer service team at Louis' Tavern.Simply Excellent!!
