    Safe and hyped holiday

    rating03 May 2026

I’ve come here with my cousin for his birthday. We really enjoyed our holiday, rooms are clean, food and drinks are nice and cheap compared to outside. The main thing about hotel is entertainment team. Potter and his team made our holiday, he always told us what to do, what to trust, we made friend for a life. We will never forget Anastasia.

Excellent time but changes need to be made

    rating30 Nov 2025

Just rebooked for June next year. Points to consider when booking are that it is not close to the beach or the main front it is about 15 minutes walk away but only took 5 minutes in a taxi which you could book at reception and always arrived within a few minutes. We came here for the second time because we liked the location and did not want to be near the hustle and bustle of the beach front so the location is perfect for us. We are a family of 5 with children ranging from 3 to 8 years old and we had such an amazing holiday last year that we did not hesitate to book again for this year. Have to say that the holiday did not disappoint but the trips and days out were more expensive but still very good value for money especially the trips that were all inclusive (always better when you have kids). The food was good, the prices are good and not expensive when you compare with bars and restaurants in the local vicinity. They were on a par. Entertainment was good but have to say same as last year nothing new. Staff were good but did like the young ladies which seems to be the norm. John and Ethan both took special interest and even took young ladies for fun but they were lovely guys and amazing at what they do workwise. This is the only negative I can say as I understood that the hotel had rules about this but these guys just seemed to ignore them but they were still lovely lads but playing the field. There were gaps in the entertainment especially on a morning as there was nothing but darts and then nothing until about 2pm till 4pm. It stopped then till the evening which was same old same old but I have to say that the staff were good and very friendly. The rooms were the same and do need work but they were cleaned every day but we cleaned as we went so there was nothing really for the housekeeper to do. She really only needed to empty the bin each day and change the beds and towels the rest we did ourselves. She was nice but did leave us an envelope when we were leaving asking for a tip which we found cheeky especially when we had left so much of our belongings behind anyway for her and toiletries and tipped her most days whenever we saw her. Greed seemed to be the way. We were told that things will be done in the rooms when the hotel closed for the winter but we were not told what those changes would be. The bathroom was the most needed refurbishment I would say as the rest was just needing painting. Typical Turkish apartment. I would add that the hotel would benefit from better cooking facilities especially since we went self catering with a young family. Microwaves were available to rent but I think these should be included as standard as the hotplate we had was definitely old and seen better days but it did work and it did do the job. The lighting in the bathroom needed to be better also as there was no window in there just an extractor fan and so no natural light. The reception were brilliant and very nice. Dawn the Guest Relations Manager was working on the reception covering as they were short staffed but absolutely fantastic service and all the staff were attentive and kind. The English on reception was exceptional with the exception of the young lad on a night who did not speak much English at all but I have to be honest he did try. Couple of drunken incidents and fights when we were there but not the fault of the hotel. Dawn handled them and the problems were not repeated so all good. We have done this hotel now twice, so would be do it again. Probably….but they would need to change some aspects to make it more preferable to us. Better entertainment would have made this holiday 10 out of 10, as the rest was just typical and to be expected. Club Anastasia, Guest Services / Front Office at Club Anastasia, responded to this review Thank you for your comments and we have noted what you say. We all work hard and give every section of the hotel 100% effort. It is always nice when that hard work is recognised. We hope to see you again very soon.

    Definitely return staff were amazing

    rating14 Nov 2025

We were one of the last to leave before the hotel closed. Sat on transfer waiting to go to the airport for home. We have had a blast despite the weather being hit and miss. Warm during the day but bit chilly nightime (any excuse to buy a warm jumper). The hotel was quiet since the hotel was closing but we cannot fault it to be fair. Very clean but the rooms were dated but the fact it was clean was a bonus. We did eat in the restaurant but expensive we thought for what we got so we did go outside occasionally. Usual trips but they were empty and not busy this time of the year so that was good. Plenty bargains with the shopping as well got loads of Christmas shopping done. All in all we had a good time here and the staff were absolutely amazing. We even got to watch them Turkish dancing on their staff barbecue. Special mention to Dawn who helped us immensely when we couldn't find a passport but panic over. We would definitely return as the hotel staff made this for us, especially Dawn. Also got to mention the pool. Massive and one day had it all to ourselves as there was so few of us left. Clean and spotless. Despite a few days rain we enjoyed it but when we come back will probably come September time to ensure better weather. Ali and Derya our housekeeper special mention to them and also the young lad on reception I cant remember his name but he was lovely also. Anyway on way to Dalaman and soon back to rainy Manchester but already considering rebooking for next year. We look forward to seeing you back in Club Anastasia very soon.
