  Excellent service & understanding staff – saved my trip!

  I had booked a non-refundable room at coco cave hotel in Cappadocia. Due to a visa issue, I couldn’t make it and honestly expected to lose the payment. But when I explained my situation, the hotel cancelled my booking free of cost without any hassle. Really impressed with how understanding and professional the team was. It’s rare to see this kind of flexibility, especially with a non-refundable booking. Thank you so much for helping me out and handling the issue so kindly.Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the genuine care they show to guests. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Cappadocia...

  I had a great stay at the Coco Cave, the owner (Metin) is absolutely the most hospitable person ever + it's not even close. He goes so far out of his way to help you have an enjoyable stay at the hotel/Cappadocia, with assisting to book/plan activities + any other needs you might have, while sharing many a coffee/tea/juice along the way. He also has a true passion for bringing together travelers from around the world to this beautiful area + fosters an environment of meeting fellow travelers.And you get to stay in a cave?! I mean, come on, how awesome is that? The room is comfortable + cozy, all a pleasant experience at a reasonable price. Public area balcony at the hotel with a great view of Goreme + can view the balloons from. Additional breakfast is optional, but thoughtfully done, just like everything else at this quality establishment.In visiting Cappadocia, there are many options to choose from + compare with. But I am sure if you stay at the Coco Cave, Metin + his team will guarantee that you have an excellent experience, much like I did. 10/10

  Attractive rooms and ambience near city Center

  I found a hotel to be very interesting in a great location with a good staff. Is close to downtown and the staff is very helpful to help. You arrange a balloon flight at a reasonable price with a very good company. The cave rooms are especially interesting. I booked a single room, but they were full when I got there so they upgraded me to a three bed suite. The next day I moved into the single and still was very pleased with it. It was large and very comfortable the ambience in these rooms is Very cavelike. I would recommend you come to this hotel.

  My stay at Coco was just amazing! I was warmly greeted by the boss, Metin and he had my room already nicely prepared even though I arrived early. He so patiently shared with me the places to visit in Cappadocia on a map he had prepared. Although I had already booked for my hot air balloon activity online prior to coming. What he offered was a lot cheaper, I wasn't able to find such good deals online. So I ended up cancelling my earlier booking and went with him. I did not regret it a single bit as the hot air balloon experience was awesome!When he showed me to my room, I was so pleasantly surprised at how amazingly beautiful and serene my cave room is! For the price and the room I get, it's really a good deal. Not to mention, the breakfast is sumptuous with delicious turkish omelet. The breakfast is at the terrace and from the terrace you can see some hot air balloons in the morning. Though... The angle on this view may not allow you to see all those balloons and you can easily hike up the view point for a better view. This view point is only 20mins away from the hotel.I believe Metin made Coco a home for anyone of its visitors to come back in the future. Thank you so much.

  Give me a break people who give less than 5 stars!!!€35 per night including breakfast and super nice, attentive and friendly owners, brother and sister Busra and Metin - thank you !Your bedroom is in the cave, clean, dry, bathroom amenities, coffe and tea amenities, tv, great wifi, hairdryer, towels and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city.Two minutes walk literally to downtown.What else do you want!Thanks for a great 2 nights stay.Patrice
