  Idyllic return stay in Banff

  Our annual family tradition ski trip to Banff just completed and as with our prior stays, Moose Hotel and Suites was stellar as always.In terms of location, comfort, cleanliness of rooms, amenities and a lot of attentive and friendly service, this hotel excels across the board and why it has become a favorite for our family stay each year.Truly a gem in a stunning destination.   This was our second stay here, and we absolutely love this hotel!The staff are amazing, the rooms are beautiful, and the location can’t be beat.The only downside during our visit was that one of the two rooftop hot tubs was under construction, which closed off a large section of the roof where the sauna and hot tub are located. Because of that, the remaining hot tub area could get a bit crowded. It would’ve been nice if this had been mentioned on the website beforehand, as we would’ve appreciated knowing in advance.

  Perfect place to stay!

  My husband and I loved our stay at the Moose Hotel. It is in a perfect location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and the underground parking garage was very convenient. It is beautiful with a warm, cozy, mountain-lodge feel. The lobby has a comfortable gathering spot with a large fireplace. The room was nice and clean with plenty of space. The service was great from the check-in counter and housekeeping. The housekeeping crew paid attention to little details. They noticed that we used the regular coffee packets instead of the decaf, so the following morning they left us extra regular coffee. The staff even responded quickly to an email I sent asking a question after we had arrived home. I highly recommend the Banff Moose Hotel for anyone staying in Banff.

  Makes a visit to Banff absolutely perfect.

  Absolutely fantastic hotel and service. Our suite was well appointed, spacious and extremely comfortable. Because of allergies we always ask for a room with no deodorizers or scents if possible and this is the first hotel that we have stayed in which automatically provided us with scent-free soap, hand cream, shampoo and conditioner without us even asking! They also offered to remove any scented products if we wished. The hotel is well located for cruising around town or going for lovely nature walks. On the 4th floor is a pool, and an outdoor lounge area with a huge fire pit and a large and delightful hot tub. It was heavenly to soak there after a day of doing touristy stuff. The restaurant was very good and had great servers. We could not have asked for a more perfect hotel experience in Banff.
