  It is a very tired place. We had a room with two single beds and both were broken. The mattresses were firm enough to allow us some sleep. The towels are worn out and faded. The breakfast is all pre-packed supermarket stuff: tomatoes, boiled eggs, butter, honey, bread, some cakes snack, instant coffee and tea. It is available between 8and 10 which means anyone leaving on an early flight gets nothing. Due to high cost in everything.We think the time of the breakfast is normal, and quality is sufficient for the price of the room. Whoever leaving early can request breakfast to go the night before.Thanks!

  I stayed at Emre's during my trip to Turkey, I was able to get my hot air balloon ride in and I was booked for the green tour they booked for me. The night beforehand I ended up getting really sick and I had to cancel my tour which they did for me. I needed to extend my stay which they made happen and I was there on my birthday which was a real bummer but the host were so thoughtful and taped a birthday card to my door 🙏❤️. They were kind enough to bring me to the hospital and translate for me which was over & beyond thoughtful and so appreciated They scheduled transportation back to the airport and supplied me with any supplies I asked for. They'll do laundry for a small fee and the location is in centrally located. My room has a view of the hot air balloons in the morning but there was also a terrace. I'm grateful for their hospitality.   We stayed here for 2 nights. Location was great and close to attractions, owner was ,hospitaly ,rooms was clean and breakfast was tasty. There was a great terrace that could watch the balloons in the morning and serve breakfast. Everything was ok. I hope to come back to beautiful and wonderful Goreme.   Amazing hospitality!

  Staff were super helpful from the moment we arrived. I left my phone in the taxi that brought me to the hotel. The lady at the reception went out of her way to contact the taxi service to locate the driver and was able to help me retrieve my phone in no time! We also had trouble booking our next hotel and she was able to help us out.Booking activities and excursions with her was also a very easy process and the room was clean.So grateful for all her help and all the staff at the hotel. Had to rush out in the morning to catch a flight and didn't get to thank her, so a big thank you for all your help, truly appreciate it!   ESH hosts were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us multiple times (incl. accomodating an extremely late check-in at 3am). The room is clean and functions perfectly. The hotel is central and close to everything. Price is great value and we would stay here again.
