    Great value hotel with very friendly and helpful staff

    I stayed at the Floria hotel for 12 days! Rooms are extremely clean, the bed very comfortable. Having a fridge in the room is also great. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with any request! This is not an expensive hotel so if you are looking for a clean, comfortable stay which does not break the bank then this is for you! The walk into town isn’t long and if you had to get a taxi it’s between 10-15 TL which isn’t much at all. The pool was nice to relax beside on warm afternoons. I enjoyed my meals here too with a wide selection of mains and salads as well as desserts!

    How they got a 4 star rating beats me .Bearing in mind that that most tourist come to this area for hot air balloon they should have provided the rooms with kettle etc for early morning tea or coffee.Food choice is limited and not very good . No lift to the rooms . Has an appearance of a B&B. I would not stay here again in the future.

    Spent 2 nights in this hotel with friends. The hotel was good. Staff was friendly. The food was just excellent it was really tasty. I was not expecting that much good service. Overall my stay was enjoyable.

    We spent 3 nights in this hotel, organized by out travel agency. It was very crowded, and for eating, you had to stay in a line in order to get something from the bufet. Also, the food choices were very poor, but overall, what you could find had a good taste.The rooms and the hotel are far from a 4 stars hotel. Compared to Europe standards, I would say, it has around 2 stars.In order to visit the town, you have to get a bus or a taxi. The taxi between the hotel and Goreme is aprox. 20 Euro.

    The hotel is walking distance to town, in very quite environment. The rooms are not luxurious but are very clean. The staff is very pleasant. The food is delicious. There is no lift so if you have big suitcases that can be problem.
