    Roaches in room 325 and who knows in how many others

    If you like to sleep with literal roaches in your bed, then this is the spot! Peel back the bedding and surprise! Just be ready to be ignored by the person in charge when you email them and send them pics of said roaches. You also get to pay for a night that you didn’t stay because of said situation, will consider update if they at least refund the money.     Chose this hotel BECAUSE it had a pool. My family was very disappointed it was closed. Would NOT have stayed her otherwise. Better hotels in the area.     Good room, front desk staff could have been better

    If you're arriving in Stratford by train, then it's about a 10 minute cab ride. Check in wasn't brilliant. However, the room itself was spacious with sofa, desk, fridge, microwave. King size bed was comfortable. Ample amounts of storage space. Bathroom was clean and generally well maintained. Would have preferred toiletries to be in dispensers, instead were small bottles. Bizarrely, the coffee machine was in the bathroom by the sink? Why? There was plenty of space on a surface in the bedroom. WiFi worked well. The hotel has a guest laundry which I made use of. 30 minutes wash costing $2.50, $1 for detergent powder and a 40 minutes dry was $2.00. The front desk will sell you $10 in Quarters for the machines. Breakfast was again fairly chain hotel standard. Two cooked items and a few other items. As usual, paper plates and plastic cutlery.     Friendly property is next to a noisy highway

    Friendly property is furnished with contempory finishes and enginneered hardwood floors. Neat and tidy, the staff is great and everything works. The breakfast was capably done. The single elevator is a little the worse for wear and tear, but worked fine. The only nit here is the close proximity to a busy and noisy highway. Many times, night time brings reduced noise. Not here. Suggest you request a room away from the highway to help insure a goods night sleep.     STAY AWAY!

    DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!They place a hold on your card & charge you for "damages" that were already there. The furniture are outdated and torn, and the manager will blame the customer for that. They don't call or even email picture's of these so-called damages. It's not worth, especially if you have children.
