    "I cannot praise Șevval, Yavz and Abidin enough! From the moment I checked in with Yavz (who gave me a very good deal), they made me feel incredibly welcome and valued. Their warm demeanor and professionalism were top-tier. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed (Abidin called my transfer to help change pick up time), even providing fantastic local recommendations (Șevval gave restaurant recommendations not only in Goreme but also in Istanbul where we were going next). And also Dairy(mother😁) who gave me a very good 1st Hammam experience. A truly wonderful and memorable first impression!" Richel Planta😎

    This review is ONLY for the Spa. I didn't stay at this hotel I only was recommended to come here for the Turkish bath and I was SOOO happy I did. WOW. Incredible service and staff from the moment I walked in I was greeted and shown around. The facilities were very spacious and clean. I was given the opportunity to swim in their heated pool. I used the sauna and then had the best hamam I have had in a long time! Then I got a face mask before taken into the massage room. It was very relaxing and then I got a deep tissue massage after and I swear I feel asleep it felt so good. I ended up getting package-1 for 110 Euros and it was well worth it. Staff was so friendly and nice I want to go back.
