  Just okay. The rooms are cute. Don’t book for the “Michelin” restaurant - not sure what earned them that but it must have been a previous chef/menu. Also absolutely no vegan breakfast options other than a piece of bread and fruit. Not very Michelin-level. Very basic amenities and food. Not worth it as you will be far removed from anything in Cappadocia and will need a taxi to get anywhere - they will call the taxi and it will cost a pretty penny for any place you want to go. Their taxi driver will also end up charging double once you complete your trip. Stay in Goreme, it is not too crowded and while traveling it is good to be somewhere lively with more than one (terrible) restaurant. Not very helpful in making sure you make the most of your Cappadocia stay so make sure you know every single thing you want to do and see. It is very necessary to have the taxi take you around but dont expect it to be an actual day tour like they advertise as it is a literal taxi, he does not speak English or explain where you are, will take you on aide quests to friend/family businesses and it will delay your other tours so say no when you want to because sites close at 6pm. Our hotel is recognized by the MICHELIN Guide for the overall guest experience, hospitality, character, and atmosphere, and we always aim to offer a warm and memorable stay.Regarding breakfast, we do offer a wide variety of open-buffet options including fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, local products, jams, breads, and vegan-friendly choices, though we understand preferences may vary.As for transportation, Cappadocia is a region spread across several villages and valleys, so guests generally explore the area either by rental car, taxi, or organized tours regardless of where they stay. Ortahisar is actually one of the most central and peaceful locations for visiting the region while staying away from the busiest tourist crowds. Taxi fares are determined by official taximeters and are independent from the hotel.We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best in your future travels.

  A Heavenly Stay at Hezen – Magical, Romantic & Unforgettable

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️staying at hezen felt like heaven. my boyfriend and i decided to visit cappadocia and it felt like a couples retreat. everything from check in to check out was sesmless. front desk guy was helpful during check in and helped us to our suite with our luggages automatically. now let’s talk about how beautiful the superior suite was ! it was quiet, cool, and felt like something straight out of a movie. truly magical and homey. breakfast plus the service was our favorite experience! yusef and ahmet were attentive to every detail. it was pretty cold in the evenings and right away they came to us with blankets, set up our table, and lit candles for us. they really went all out with making us feel incredibly special. felt so nice to relax and have them literally take care of everything.we loved going out to the terrace in the evening for dessert. honestly we didn’t have to ask for anything! before we even thought of asking, they were already on it. mustafa saw us on the terrace at night and came by with a heater - an angel! we loved the location, it was peaceful and quiet. hotel was aesthetically pleasing. there was a grass area with lounge chairs that felt straight out of a fairytale. picture worthy for all content creators :)we HAPPILY and TOTALLY recommend staying here for families, couples and even solo. look forward to staying here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hakan Güzelgöz, Owner at Hezen Cave Hotel, responded to this review Thank you so much for your wonderful review.   Peaceful and Relaxing Stay.

  What a wonderful stay at Hezen Cave Hotel. Check in was seamless and we were offered Turkish tea/coffee upon arrival. At the reception desk - Ozgur, Yuksel and Caner were simply amazing. We booked all our tours through the hotel and didn’t have any issues. The manager Mehmet was very friendly and helpful. He toldus about Cappadocia and It’s history. Mustafa the bellboy was also very helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It’s not a large selection but everything was fresh and delicious. The waiters - Ahmet, Zeliha, Taskin and Yusuf provided top notch service. Their breakfast is also excellent. This hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The staff go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy. I would highly recommend this hotel in Cappadocia.   Quiet cave hotel with gorgeous views and great restaurant

  We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our cave room had a view of the Ortahisar castle that was breathtaking and the amenities and comfort of the room were also wonderful. The attention to detail and service was appreciated and rarely found any more. The breakfast was delicious and generous and we ate several other meals at the hotel and never became bored with the food. The staff was attentive to any questions and arrangements we needed made and provided great suggestions on sites to see in the area. They arranged our private transport to and from the airports and was very reliable. Overall we loved our stay and the views from all the outdoor spaces and our room will be fondly remembered.   Very comfortable, cosy and amazing environment. Staff very hospitable and helpful. Amazing food and free water and hot beverages throughout the day. Location is awesome and mesmerizing.
