  DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL THROUGH HOTELS.COM!!!! I was there on 21 April, 2019. The proprietor has changed, and the new owner has no access to the reservation notification or the payment you make online. When I arrived there, he had no idea that I had made a reservation online, and I had to pay cash at the hotel although my Paypal payment had already made online. I am asking Hotels.com to reimbourse me for the online payment, but it has not happened yet. Other than that, this hotel, nowcalled, according to the new proprietor, Aura Cove, though the old Hills Cave Hotel sign is still hung at the entrance, was very charming and a nice place to stay in Göreme. Highly recommend it to a couple :)

  Very clean and rooms were nice. I have been in many hotels in Goreme over the years, but the first hotel I found with really great customer service within. From the concierge. He is ready to help the guests in any way possible.

  Supportive and helping staff with good English.room service could be better, Such a good breakfast, it is a good hotel to stay for those who want quiet places.I have a good experience of this hotel.

  Nice property and nice staff- great location also it is next to everything you need- I would definitely go back.Murat was particularly nice and helpful and provided very good local advice. Cappadocia is one beautiful place

  The hills cave hotel is amazing for its location in the heart of this beautifully quirky town, for the experience of staying in cave rooms, for the wonderful Turkish hospitality and for all for a great value price too! I would come back and stay again:)
