    Good Hotel Great Stay

    It's my 2nd stay here. This stay was 6 Weeks. Very good location with many shops and restaurants available. Tram line just outside the hotel. Even it's located in a busy street the room was very quiet. Room was very clean and neat.The best part is always the breakfast. Good selection and tasty food. Great thanks to the Breakfast Team (Alper Avci, Onur ,Inci) the team always gives the best service and assistance. Always looking forward for my daily breakfast.Fresh bread were made daily by 2 Senior Ladies, special thanks to them too for always taking care of us.My sincere thanks to everyone in this hotel for the pleasant stay and great service.Looking forward to coming back in the near future.

    After flying for almost 20 hrs we arrived at the hotel exhausted only to be met by an incompetent receptionist who I assume was still being trained. No platinum Elite welcome and no mention of drink or points. She did mention that breakfast was included but we are aware that breakfast for platinum members has to paid for. Apart from that we were upgraded to an executive room where we had an amazing and well deserved sleep. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spotless with all amenities provided. Breakfast was also great with a large variety of fresh foods. Cannot fault anything about this hotel.
