  Nice room with bad bathroom

  The owner was serviceminded and friendly. As was his friendly Iranian worker (who also spoke English)The room itself was very nice and clean, with a nice touch of cappadocia. However the bathroom was freezing cold, with spiderwebs and black mold in the ceiling. I am not by any standards a prune, but the black mold was a real turn-off. Apart from the bathroom (which probably is comfortable in the the summer), it was a very good stay. The small restaurant next door serve nice grilled food.

  Lovely and relaxing

  We had a really lovely stay here. Our room was perfect, very quiet, clean and a good size. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight bus and we were able to check in straight away. The welcome was warm, the courtyard is lovely to chill out in and the breakfast was very good for 10TL. The guy on reception (I apologise for not knowing your name) was extremely helpful and very informative with a real interest in the area. Uchisar is a very quiet and pretty village. The hotel is located right in the middle of the village, close to the castle and to bus pick up points. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

  Terrible hotel, filthy kitchen, fake pictures.

  Don't be fooled by those beautiful pictures. I stayed there on 20th July, 2015, and the terrace never look like the one in the picture. The kitchen got many flies in it, crawling on breakfast food, which is really really disgusting. The door is so short that you will hit your head easily and they don't have any precautions. In short, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Aventouria, Yönetici at Hotel Konak Alibey, responded to this review We are sorry to hear that you dıdnt enjoy during only 1 night stay in our hotel. Considering the fact that this is historical cave mansion existing more than 400 years, the all rooms should be in original shape as it is. In fact the doors in our hotel are around 1,8m height. But nevertheless, sorry to hear that you hurted your head. For the flies in the kitchen, it is seen last few days in everywhere in Cappodoccia because of sudden temperature changes. We now took our pre-cautions. And fyi, all pictures in our website are in original without any photo-shop. Hope to see you again.

  Hotel Konak Alibey is a great holiday destination! Every single detail was confidently planned to make the guests' stays comfortable and exquisite. The hotel offers the best conditions; furthermore, the rooms themselves are way better than you could ever possibly picture in head. My expectations were completely satisfied through the host's dedication and kind yet professinoal attitude. My stay at Hotel Konak Alibey extremely left me wanting to come back to Kapadokya again.. Do not hesitate and stay at this place to feel like you are home.
