    5 stars is underrated for this hotel they deserve 10 stars , the location undoubtedly was excellent but the Service is was made this hotel stand out!!! Big shout out to Semih , Sila and Omer , I needed to arrange flowers , cake and room decor they did everything for me with a smile ……cant thank them enough! This will always be my go to hotel!!!     Goreme Spa hotel

    What a great hotel. They have an indoor pool and a great spa with a hamman and we got beautiful massages. Everyone in the front desk was very helpful and they recommended great restaurants. They also book the transfer and the hot air balloon. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Omer went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. They also provided water (and we drink a lot of water). The room included breakfast.     An amazing hotel in a great location.

    An amazing hotel, the rooms are large, spotless, the bathrooms are clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable and the room has an efficient A/C. Water, tea and coffee is supplied and there is a small mini bar. The location of the hotel is in the upper part of town with spectacular views from the terrace. The staff are friendly and efficient and nothing is too much for them - they allowed us to switch rooms at the start of stay to a room with slightly larger windows. Unusually there is a small underground swimming pool as well as a Turkish bath and massage. Breakfast is plentiful with local fresh cheeses etc. A great location for the town and a great position within the town. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.
