    We can understand how this hotel has awards. Two young ladies working there called, Nitufer and Yazel were amazing. The hotel did not work us for us but these young ladies were just outstanding. They went far beyond what was required. They were professional, polite, caring. They kept looking for what was required, and as a result the trip was a massive success.     We had an amazing experience. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. The rooms were so comfortable.
