    This is a wonderful hotel.I believe that the owner probably sees his guests as family and relatives visiting Cappadocia, and he sincerely hopes that you will have a wonderful stay.I feel that the owner cares for his employees, and that the employees get along well with each other. Also, the smiles that all the staff give us are so nice, so that alone makes you feel good all day.If I were a young person, I might ask if there is a chance to work here.The breakfast is also delicious and wonderful.Also, staying in this room surrounded by rocks is more comfortable than I imagined, and I can sleep soundly at night. I can challenge activities that require me to get up a little early because I don't feel tired the next morning. Maybe it's the effect of these rocks.By the way, my husband and I are not good at speaking English, let alone Turkish, which is difficult to pronounce. Therefore, when we wanted to communicate our requests about things that were not included in the official services, such as washing dirty clothes or our ideal way of spending time, we communicated them to the owner through the Google Translate app. We also sometimes communicated them to the owner through WhatsApp. The owner never showed any signs of displeasure, was very proactive in everything, and patiently tried to understand and carefully suggested each and every thing. Also, when we got lost while hiking, he rushed to help us in his car despite his busy schedule. The experience of our adventure in the valley has become a precious treasure in our lives. We are grateful to the owner as if he saved our lives.It was a wonderful stay. I would like to praise myself for choosing this hotel.This is a hotel full of love and compassion.We are truly grateful.Thank you so much!     Elegant hotel

    We stayed at this hotel, as a result of a mix up with our original booking for Cappadocia. But we were so happy this happened. This staff were great, and the hotel owner was extremely accommodating! The heated floors in the room was a welcome feature, and the bed was so comfortable!     Mehmet and family took great care with all our required arrangements and lovely homemade vegetarian breakfast. Nice traditional hotel that gave us good cave suites experience. Location wise great with easy access to downtown. Homely and cosy. Highly recommended.     This is the first time ı am staying here in this Kemerhan cave. Sultanhan cave was amazing. Room was big enough, cozy. Mr. Murat did a great job for us. Big thanks to him. Ofcourse breakfast was amazing tooo. They know how to welcome the guests in here!!!     Best place - one stop shop for everything there is to do! Absolutely lovely and beautiful

    Oh this is one place to book quick!!! We had the megahan (« mega inn » which was room 11) and yes it was mega, the bathroom is a Hamam in its own right, most absolutely incredible I’ve ever seen, honeymoon stuff!!! Our room was large and beautifully carved, it is not cold at all because the underfloor heating is on all the time so absolutely no damp or cold. Absolute beauty. Mehmet is the owner and an absolute gem. He organised a day trip for us with Özkan our guide and a driver, everything incl lunch and all entries was included, Özkan was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable - also knew not to drown us in too much information! A real pleasure. Mehmet arranged for us to have a private from Nevsehir airport and back, which was wonderful. The hotel is very near a Hamam (excellent - went twice!) and the town. It is on the main road of which my friends said they could hear the traffic (I had earplugs and was fine). Very lovely fresh breakfast with fresh veg and omelette which we ended up asking for even for our dinners! Mehmet was always happy to oblige for everything. We were doing the Salomon ultra trail and were maybe 10-15 min walk from the start/finish absolutely perfect. We went to see the hot air balloons one morning (arranged by Mehmet) a complete dream. Basically he can suggest and arrange anything that can be done so no need to scout trip advisor as I had done - this is a one stop shop! Dream holiday!!
