    What a warm comfy hotel!! This was a wonderful stay.     Me and my friends had a fantastic 3 days stay at this hotel. Helpful reception who went out of their way to accomodate our requests, from booking tours, restaurant recommendations, to having us use the pool from their sister hotel. And the views we’re fantastic as well. Nice rooftop giving us perfect view to watch the balloons pass by. Breakfast was also great!     Very attentive management. Good breakfast.These folks are helpful in every way.     Amazing hotel. The host is so nice and accomodating. We left early on our last day and they provided us with a packed breakfast to go. Great location and view. Best view of the balloons and not crowded like the other hotel balconies.     Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.1) Room cleanliness - 0,2) toiletries- 0,3) room wifi- not working inside the room,4) windows- broken,Pathtic experience. I booked this hotel after reading the reviews & ratings on tripadvisor.
