    The lighting and ambience of this hotel at night are inviting and styled in a high end vibe. The rooms are warm and cozy and provides you with all that’s needed.The owner of the hotel is a very kind and helpful individual. The morning breakfast is top notch and the staff who work there are lovely and attentive.     Very unique style of building, built and designed with a high standard. Staff and the manager were very helpful during our stay! Highly recommend this place!!The breakfast buffet was amazing.The views and the various outdoor sitting areas were also really good.     Stayed with Faruk at Mira Cappadocia. What a wonderful experience. Hotel is lovely and Faruk and his staff do everything possible to make your stay memorable. Arranged for shuttle pickup at airport. Made arrangements for our balloon trip. Anything we needed he was there to help. Minutes after we made our reservations on Booking.com he contacted us and took care of all our needs. And let's not forget breakfast. What an amazing choice of foods. It was exceptional.     Lovely traditional hotel with cave style rooms and authentic decor!

    Lovely traditional hotel with cave style rooms and authentic decor but unfortunately it was out of the way in Avanos which meant we had to take a 20 minute taxi to get into Goreme for any nightlife!! Breakfast was Turkish style which was not to my taste but was well presented! Unfortunately the waitresses were unable to communicate in English so it was difficult to request anything! The coffee on offer was only filter coffee which was awful so we drank Turkish tea! The front desk staff were helpful and actually upgraded us as the hotel was empty! It was a lovely hotel but I would definitely have preferred to stay closer to the tourist area of Goreme where I could see the balloons flying overhead and where I would be able to walk to a restaurant to eat in the evening! It was a great pleasure for us to host you.I only have a very small objection to your review..our hotel is located in the heart of capadocia and at the same time in the center of Avanos.Avanos, Urgup and Goreme are small provinces and each province has its own sightseeing places and beauties.we are located in front of a beautiful river (called "Red River")...you can see the river, hot air balloons, the beautiful mountain Erciyes and beautiful chimneys from our hotel...they fly even over our Hotel😊..Goreme and Urgup are only 10 minutes from Avanos...Goreme is not the center of the sights! In Goreme there are only more stores and restaurants and therefore more tourists.it is much quieter and more pleasant here than in Goreme or Urgup... in Avanos is the world famous pottery and many other historical sights.so it is a matter of taste and what you want to see..as you booked your Room through an agency you could not know that...also we gave you a free upgrade for your room with jacuzzi and fireplace.I would like to apologize for the filter coffee...of course you could have told us on the spot and we immediately prepared a fresh coffee for you...it is the first time that we get a complaint about coffee...of course breakfast and coffee is a matter of taste but the assortment and the richness is always top...I would like to thank you again very much and wish you all the best.

    My stay was simply perfect. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.
