    Good Hotel in Cappadocia

    Stayed here for 2 nights. The room is small, however the heater works very well. It is very hot in the room since the AC is not working, so we have to open the window during winter to let some fresh air in. The food is okay and delicious. Wifi also works well, no issues.

    We were booked in as part of a tour group with RSD travel and the hotel felt as if they needed to just tidy up the maintenance a bit. The facilities were really good but the food was pretty awful. We had the supposed "Gourmet Dinner" which was possibly the worst buffet I have ever had. Breakfast was typically European so Brits beware but there was very little fresh fruit.

    After a long drive of three and half hrs and a tour we arrived at this hotek after 4pm. Immediately we noticed as 75 south african indians travelling in two buses we were shown the outside apartments not the main hotel. No welcome drinks on arrival. Nothing. No bell boys no porters. We were shown far apartmentscof up to 3rd floor. No lifts all granite stairs and no slipway to pull up our luggage. Wechad to physically carry in our arms and ask fellow travellors to assist us as most of us were senior citizens. The room 322 i had the entire toilet was shaking like itvwould fall off anytime so tiny sink see pictures attached. Horrible toilet paper no.tissues no proper amenities. Terrible horrible rooms. The food buffet not labelled and both vegetarian and meat all mixed up. No cofee tea juices not even butter to put on a roll. Terrible mixed up buffet. There is no way this hotel is even 2 stars. Wifi terrible front desk manager needs to learn some manners on guest relations. Never use this hotel. There are beautiful hotel i wish i coukd leave the group and go away

    A lovely stay at this beautiful hotel with excellent hospitality. Beautiful pool & delicious variety of meals ( all very healthy) Shop located inside hotel with amazing gifts & memorabilia to take home 🏠 Ideally situated as it’s not far from Göreme where hot air balloons are launched & many rooftop restaurants to witness the magnificent views of the chimneys 😍

    We had a reservation for 2 nights and when we arrive to the hotel everything was fine , the rooms were next to each other as a family trip . The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates . No one greet the guest ,not a single word which is awful in the hospitality industry , also we had issues with the AC the first night but didn’t complain thinking that was just an insignificant issue but 2nd night we had the same problem and we called the front desk and their answer was there’s not technician and we have to wait for next day . While we were doing Check out we mentioned the AC issue and they said that they didn’t receive any call regarding this matter telling me a LIAR which is very disrespectful answer. I will suggest more training regarding hospitality and Guest relations because the building doesn’t look bad and is clean but the service is AWFUL ,terrible . Also there is a lack of language that is even worst .
