    Not Bad But Could Have Been Better

    First of all,when we came,there was nobody to check us in and we waited.Then someone came and the moment we got in the elevator,we relaised it was broken so we used the other elevator.We got in our room and it was pretty basic and simple,the room looked nice.First thing we did was to wash our hands and then we noticed that the bathroom doors litterally didint have locks on them,so if you're staying with someone else and they dont know youre in,they can just burst open the door.The beds are comfy but the safes screen was broken and fell on my hand with all those wires and things when i tried opening the safe.Its pretty quiet.The room was clean,but there wasnt much in the room.The breakfast is pretty decent,But the fruit juices were a total scam-they were 70% water and 30% juice.One thing i noticed is that the staff is usually missing,when we first came,or had breakfast,or just passed by the reception,There was nobody.The rest of the hotel is clean too.I was surprised when i read the comments and saw almost nobody comment about the bathroom doors.we stayed in a room of 3 and the couple which came with us stayed in a room of 3 too.We asked them,and they also said that they didint have locks on the bathroom doors,so im pretty confused.It was pretty decent.

    Good Budget-Minded Business Hotel

    We had a quick overnight here en route to the Ürgüp area. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The room, while dated, was clean and comfortable.Location is good if you have a car or are using a taxi... it is not in a great walkable area.     Unsanitary Conditions and Terrible Service at Novotel

    I had a terrible experience staying at the Novotel hotel. The room was definitely not hygienic - there was hair on the towels, and the flushing button on the toilet was broken. It was clear the towels had been used before.The staff's attitude was also very rude. When we arrived at the hotel around 10pm and ordered food, we were forced to wait for an entire hour before being told there was nothing left in the kitchen except soup and bread. However, we could clearly see other guests finishing their meals in the restaurant. Additionally, the new plates we were given had visible stains on them. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying at this Novotel location. It was an incredibly unsatisfactory experience from start to finish.     Great stay for a night

    The waiter (his name is Güven) at the restaurant was so lovely and attentive to our requests. Moreover, the meal was delicious, starting from the food to the beef dish on yogurt. Profiterole was good as well. Overall, it was a decent dinner for us.
