    It’s about a 7-minute walk from the market, making the location very convenient. The rooms are neat and well-maintained, and the service is excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel offers great amenities, adding to a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The area is peaceful and relaxing, creating a pleasant atmosphere overall. A unique highlight is the setup with sky balloons, similar to what you see in Cappadocia reels—perfect for taking memorable photos. Our stay here was definitely worth the value we paid.

    Very nice and clean room, very helpful and nice staff, great breakfast, great views from terrace. Everything was perfect. They help with all reservations for trips. Very great experience and would return.

    This is truly a lovely hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. It has just a nice feel about it. We stayed in 2 rooms. The patio room and a standard room. You need to expect a certain amount of noise (prayers and dogs barking). But this is going to be anywhere. It is clean, it was winter and very warm. Breakfast great, and you can eat there which was good for us after alot of travel and cold winter evenings. They booked all our tours. Sadly no hot air balloons flying ( too windy due to winter). But if there were you get a great view from the rooftop.

    Perfect! Everything was great Tasty breakfast everyday, nice terrace, calm atmosphere, the music is vibing. I enjoyed my stay. Highly recomended

    Great place to stay with extremely helpful staff, and of course Sultan the spaniel.We had a front corner junior suite which was one extra large room with balcony (and bathroom of course)We chose a “free standing” hotel as I was terrified of the possibility of damp in a cave type room in autumn time, and when the temperature did suddenly drop the central heating was immediately turned on to keep us cosy.There is a large balcony and roof terrace for balloon watching; but a bit cool for relaxing in October! The hotel is unlicensed, as are many restaurants in Göreme, but we were allowed to take in wine for our aperitifs and the night we ate dinner in the hotel : an excellent salad and very tasty Turkish ravioli. (Much of the menu was burgers and pizza which looked good plus some Turkish dishes)Breakfast was ample with yoghurt, fresh fruits, cheeses and savouries and a variety of hot dishes and omelettes to order plus cakes and teas, coffee etc.Minor niggles that would happen anywhere: with people going for balloon trips or to the roof to watch balloons at dawn the hotel is not quiet - but we always take earplugs on holidays! Also, I did not receive information about room discount for cash or cash requirement for balloon ride booked through hotel in time to take from UK and the cash machines are extortionate in their fees ! I felt uncomfortable with the apparent “situation” of the “foreign” staff giving the Turkish Bath and massage service in the recommended facility next door.
