  BEST HOTEL MANAGER IN CAPPADOCIA

  Stayed here for 2 nights. Just want to express my huge thanks to the hotel manager, Mr Bekir. And also the whole team for their warm welcome and excellent service. They offered everything we asked for, and even prepared breakfast for us on a early morning check out. Highly recommend this hotel, truly surprised by the great hospitality.

  amazing view, great place with an excellent staff

  Thanks for the hospitality of the staff. They are all smiling, caring and polite. We went there as a couple at the end of April 2023. So the weather is a bit cold. Anyways, there are heater in the rooms. The rooms are clean, wide and spacious. The hotel has a park area. The view is amazing. The breakfast is very delicious and various. We especially thank to Mr. Serkan for his recommendations for the activities. If i visit Cappodocia again, i definetely choose this place for accomodation.

  What a gem !!

  We stayed at Phocas on 27/28 Sept in suite 104. From the moment we arrived until the second we left it was an absolutely brilliant experience. The whole team could not have done anything more to make us feel welcomed. With warm smiles and generous advice supported by practical assistance with booking taxis etc they were fantastic.The accommodation was unique, charming and authentic- the breakfast was excellent quality and ample quantity.Location is superb for visiting the local sites and experiencing the magical spectacle of the balloon flights.This is, without doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

  Stay in a cave & watch balloons overhead

  Great location for watching the early morning hot air balloons from the ridge above, really friendly & helpful staff who can arrange a balloon trip at short notice. Room functional, without aircon the room was quite humid at night. Cafes and restaurants in the village were reasonably priced. & within walking distance. Goreme - a 10 minute drive - has an abundance of cafes & restaurants & shops. A car is preferable as there are so many places to explore, good hiking trails in the national park

  Stayed here for 3 days and despite an early arrival, we where met by a very welcoming Bekir and cezar ( name could be spelt incorrectly) we where allowed an early checking and a room upgrade. Once check in was completed we, we started a talk about interest of things to do in area. Bekir was extremely knowledgeable and forth coming on honesty, which is an asset! We naturally arrived quite hungry and he drove us to a family run local restaurant with manti ( must try) we didn’t have a car so he did this graciously. We then booked a tour with him and honestly speaking all of his comments and feedback on every question asked was a 100% accurate. Definitely heed his advice. The rest of the trip they where all extremely welcoming and friendly. You feel like one of their own and not just a paying guest. Slight drawback is it’s a little distant from town but if you don’t mind a walk or better still rented a car then this place is brilliant.
