    This was our second stay at Raddisson Blu Kayseri- it is well located, very clean and the rooms are large. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The roof top bar is lovely- amazing sunset views of the city and snowy Erciyes. Good selection at breakfast - highly recommend this hotel.     Stay at you peril

    Arrival at the hotel was terrible. They had their wires crossed with the booking service we used (hotels.com) and it took two hours of waiting in the lobby. The stay was average and undramatic. Check-put was worse. They could not produce receipts and promised to email them later. They never did, despite several emails that went unanswered. At the same time, the lady leading the reception was very hostile, causing a member of our grouo to call her out on it – something that has never happened before – by asking, "are we bothering you by asking for a receipt?".Without a receipt we all ended up paying out of pocket. Stay at you peril. This is a standard high-end establishment that comes with all the amenities you would expect, but seesm poorly managed.
