    We’ve had one of the most amazing experiences at the Royal Cave Hotel in Cappadocia.From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed — surrounded by kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. We’re leaving completely in love with this place and its wonderful people.We highly recommend Royal Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia — it truly feels like home away from home.

    They cheat hotel guests by booking rooms through the booking system, if you come to them directly to book a room, they cancel the booking and sell it at a higher price, they don't care that you booked a room. Unfortunately, there are many hotels in Turkey that are ready to cheat their guests for a profit of 1000 lira. This hotel already has similar reviews about cheating guests. Do not book this hotel, you will be cheated.

    It is a small and cute place, the rooms are not bad, the bathroom is small, the breakfast is nice, the terrace is wonderful, there is no water in the pool, which is disappointing, apart from that, everything is very good, thank you.

    This was the first place I stayed traveling to Urgup. I booked the room from SAW Istanbul airport. I tried calling the Royal Cave Hotel to see about a transfer from Nevşehir airport to Urgup. I learnt my lesson from overpaying my first night in Istanbul. I was beyond pleased they had what’s app! It made the process super convenient to reach and ask to assist me in the process. My connection wasn’t so good. I speak English. Mustafa who works here accommodated me. He responded right away. Which I needed since my flight was getting ready to board. It was such an easy stress free experience. The first night in Istanbul I never heard back from the hotel about getting to the property from the airport. I was so happy they were so helpful! Check in was easy. They were having lunch when I was about to run into town. And asked if I wanted to join them. I thought that was very special. They treat you like family. I toured in the mornings while I was there so I didn’t have the breakfast which was included. My room was charming. It was my first experience ever staying in a cave! I was very excited to come to this area. I waited years to visit Turkey. They truly made it more then I ever would’ve expected it could be.The Turks are known for their hospitality. Like I said you become family with most that you meet. They see people more then just friends. What they do comes from the heart and it shows. You have to stay and experience it for yourself to understand. I enjoyed it so much I stayed an extra night.     A new central hotel with relaxed traditional atmosphere

    Great central location in Ürgüp. Very atmospheric building. Very friendly, eager to please staff. Very relaxed. Great view from roof terrace and breakfast room. The swimming pool is too small for a swim, but more for a relaxing dip and lounging around the pool and relax.As the hotel is only three months old, there are some issues, that hopefully will be sorted out with time. E.g. The bathroom built into the rocks (cave!) needs to have better ventilation. The bathroom door needs to close properly. The manager, Mustafa, speaks English and makes efforts to ensure a pleasant stay. RoyalCaveHotel, Yönetici at Royal Cave Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for your beautiful comments.
