Very Good City Hotel for the Price

A good hotel to stay at this price in the city center. If you don’t have a luxurious expectation, that’s enough. We opted for a weekend getaway and were pleased. The location is central, but the transportation is convenient and the atmosphere tranquil. Our room was clean and tidy, ideal for a night stay. The staff was also attentive. The rooms looked ok in the beginning but it turned to a nusty experience. Very bad service, no towels at all or just 1 towel for all the days we stayed, they never cleaned the bathrooms and since they didn't even had a small towel for the bathroom floor , it was full in water and dirt ,they didn't moped our rooms of all our group. They had no papers, no toilet papers ,and no napkins in the restaurant. Nothing. The food was garbage. Not even the basic things and surprisingly low quality food. Very unkind or no service at all. They pretend they don't understand the English or any other European language. It was a nightmare and a bad surprise for us that in the 21st century there is such an unkind and bad service and behavior. Just under zero . Avoid it

This is an excellent new hotel in a great location, with lovely and very clean rooms. The elevator is large and the managers and staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Thank you for everything!
