Location

Situated in a quiet part of the old town, this spa hotel is ideal for business travellers as well as families. It is located about 600 m from the centre of Ortahisar. The region is particularly popular with winter sports enthusiasts. A network of cross-country trails begins about 84 km away. The nearest restaurants and options for nightlife can be reached within about 1 m.

Facility

The club was modernised in 2024. Guests have a choice of 18 suites, 16 single rooms and 18 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. 15 fireplaces create a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A business centre with fax machine and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures. A welcome gift awaits guests. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. For a fee, extra beds or children's beds can be provided for little travellers. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and 18 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can recharge and leisurely swim a few laps in the indoor area's heated freshwater pool. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and horse riding are available. With skiing and snowboarding opportunities, the hotel offers the perfect base from which to enjoy winter sports or just a relaxing winter holiday. Yoga is by third-party operators. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam and massage treatments. Subject to charge: a reflexology massage. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. Breakfast gives guests plenty of delicious reasons to get out of bed in the morning. Lunch and offer a wide range of dishes. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, children's meals and lactose-free food on the table will delight guests' palates. For an extra charge, the chefs will also prepare vegetarian dishes, organic food, halal food and vegan food. The club also offers special catering options. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    I stayed here for 3 nights and cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff. Every team member o encountered went above and beyond - you really felt the Turkish hospitality. Even the chef came out to check on me each dinner - his food is amazing by the way and the biggest hidden gem in the region. The accommodations are lovely and the area the hotel is located in is quiet. It has a lovely authentic feel that I truly appreciated. Highly recommend - stay here, eat here and enjoy yourself.

    The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Meals were exceptional, the chef wanted to make sure we were pleased with our meals. Our cave room was interesting enough to take a video. The largest bathroom we have ever had and very modern.

    Staff, service, food and the accommodations were fabulous! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.     Best cave hotel experience in Cappadocia and the nicest and kindest of staff

    The best stay I had in Turkey the are the most hospitable people and make you feel so welcome. I was on my own 22 to 24th May and stayed there. Chocolate fondue in my room spa and king size bed with fluffy pillows. It was just wonderful. The chef is the best he catered for my vegetarian taste which is hard in Turkey . Came and to see what I’d like and checked after if I enjoyed.     The accommodation here was spectacular. We were greeted by all the staff, complimentary drink, chocolate fondue & fruit bowl in our room. The meals were fantastic. Fresh and tasty, plentiful & varied. Best if all were the staff who went above and beyond for us. No requests were too much for them. They appreciated our culture soo much they requested a waiata (song) which we happily provided soo they could video and use for their website. Truly a place to return to, I highly recommend staying here.
