    Cockroach infestation

    rating06 Apr 2026

Horrible experience, I went there with my family for spring break and we found a big cockroach I brought it up to Danielle the assistant supervisor. She only gave us a $30 credit for parking which I had to ask to be changed to a different room because all she wanted to do is send housekeeping to clean again. They should’ve cleaned it the first time. Also, the first day we arrived, the heavyset gentleman upfront named Chris, another assistant supervisor gave me and my wife attitude he also has bad customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I called to make a complaint to ask for Roger and Roger ignores my phone calls when I leave a message. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

    Could be better

    rating01 Apr 2026

Mehhhhh… I decided to give this place a whirl out of nostalgia bc I brought my daughters here almost 2 decades ago and they still remember this place as the “castle hotel”. I got a good deal as a D23 member (they have a package which includes upgraded room, discount on food, and complimentary parking). Pros: decent price, large comfortable room, good beds. Free shuttle to Disneyland is also nice. I was able to precheck in in the morning, park and take the shuttle in to Disneyland and just pick up my keycard when I came back from the park. The grounds are also lovely if you get a chance to walk around it - there’s a cute little koi pond and bridge and a picturesque gazebo in the garden area. Cons: the room, while large, good temp control, was quite outdated, nowhere near enough plugs, much less any USB plugs at all. The shower temperate was just above lukewarm at its hottest and the lone hook in the bathroom was literally falling off the door. The hotel is also very large and confusing with its room signage. So coming back at 1am and being told to locate my room somewhere in C wing and being exhausted and walking in circles with heavy luggage in tow sucked the big one. During this nocturnal stroll, we came across another family also walking in circles. Also to note the shuttle has a final pick up from Disneyland at 45 min after park close. We got to the pick up area at 12:37am and it was already there. Bus left at 12:45am so if we were any later we would have been taking a Lyft back. I think on our future Disneyland trips I’m just going to do my tried and true and book at one of the hotels right across the street from the Disneyland walkway. I’m just too old for these shenanigans.

Hotel is great. The rooms themselves however, not so much.

My boyfriend and I just got back home from our vacation at Disneyland and we stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 4 nights. Let's start with the positives of this hotel. •Front desk swing shift manager was cool, gave detailed instructions, and we had a good conversation with him. Check in was smooth.•Both restaurants, especially Hanagi, are fantastic. The servers were very accommodating and nice. The food was delicious. Strongly recommend Hanagi's Shabu Shabu.•Has a decent sized pool. Starts at around 4ft and goes as deep as 9ft. •The Deli/Gift shop was a consistent go to for us after our late trips to Disneyland for quick grub. Their selection of foods, snacks, and drinks was decent and there was plenty of practical items. •The hotel itself provides a strong castle aesthetic. The garden areas and lobby are beautiful. Love the royal ducks.•Free Shuttles to and from Disneyland. Okay, those are the positives. If you haven't noticed, there was no mention of the room itself. You're about to find out why. Here are the negatives of the hotel. •The hotel room itself. °Bed was lumpy and springy. You could tell it was old and used. The pillows were meh. The sheets and blankets were rough and scratchy feeling. °The shower was clogged with hair which we cleaned out. The shower head was old, and,if I remember right, I saw a date of "2005" on it, it was also covered in a blue corrosion. We mysteriously weren't able to make the water cold. Has a bathtub, can't seem to use it to take a bath though, hopefully user error. °TV only has cable, and I'm talking about the kind where the hotel provides a paper guide because you can't access a TV version. Top of the remote was struggling to work. TV itself is dated. °The couch and chair in our room was fraying. Just old. °Many many spots of damage throughout the room and bathroom on other furniture and walls. •Only 1 hot tub. It will always have a family in it, and it somehow will never be yours. •Shuttles are inconsistent on their arrival times. •Paid parking. 30 a day+17.5% a day? That would be all from us. If the room had at bare minimum a comfy bed, I would've rated this hotel a 3...maybe. We can only hope that we got unlucky with our room and not all rooms were like ours. With the state of the room we got overall, we can't give this hotel higher than a 2.

Old Dark - Bad Customer Service

    rating13 Feb 2026

The place is old, dark and dingy, the showers are gross with an old cloth liner and water spraying every which way. They must be trying to save on electricity because there are 2 weak lights in the room . Darkness. We also had over a 45 minute wait to get the bus back to the hotel from Disneyland at 10:30pm…that’s a long wait after a long day of being on your feet at the park. What ticked me off the most is they don’t service the rooms until the third day of your stay and no one bothers to tell you that so if you like coming back to beds made and new towels you better make a special request in the morning . Their guest services doesn’t give a sht either. It’s your fault if you weren’t told about it. Go kick rocks.

Convenient with huge rooms/ nice setup

    rating25 Dec 2025

I'm not sure exactly if we have stayed here 4 or 5 times. Every time has been nice. This will forever be our hotel. We never want to deal with the ART bus again. The Majestic's shuttle is so convenient and the drivers are great! Christmas time was magical. We got the cheapest room and honestly thought it was wonderful. I will add pictures. We have tried all of the 2 queen options in the past. The bed feels a little firm the first night, but the subsequent nights I found myself melting into it and sleeping very well. Has happened each visit. This was still larger than any other places we have tried in Anaheim. The back building was very quiet. It had a sink outside the bathroom and one inside which is very convenient. There was one time during the summer that I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the hallways, but this time it was all very clean. I'm thinking they have seasons of lean staffing. Another perk of the back building is that it's easy to park at the end of the lot or on the less known parking on the back side. It was a great trip!
