    Great small hotel, with very friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast! We would like to come and stay again. However, unfortunately, we can't find a contact for this hotel online to contact them and make another reservation. Please share your contact info!

    Just a perfect vacation. We loved it so much. Service and food excellent. Super comfortable and clean. Good location and prices were alright.We totally will recommend this place to our friends and family.

    Top quality family hotel, excellent accommodation and service

    I stayed here for 5 nights during October. The hotel was outstanding. Ali and all his staff were amazing, the room was spacious and well looked after. The breakfast each morning was a feast of local Turkish produce. I also took dinner for 3 nights which was also top quality and excellent value. I would highly recommend a stay here.     Nice Hotel but w9n't stay again

    Nice Hotel but no AC in cave hotels. The manager provided fan but still it was hot. Rooms are small. Two things I din't like - 1) The bathrooms are half covered & water falls outside & makes the place messy 2) We asked for couple of hours of late checkoout & it was declined unless we paid. There were no customers & room was available & he could have given us free extention for few hours. We paid extra as we had to board bus late night but won't stay here again! Ali Haydar Bektaş, İşletme Sahibi at Unique Cappadocia Palace, responded to this review Dear Nima;Thanks a lot for your review.Because of you BOOKED budget room we gave you BUDGET room which is smallest room.If you booked standrat or deluxe room of course we will give you bigger room.There is no problem with bathroom.It is first complaint for bathrom.Our all rooms are cave not stone and all rooms are cooler than outside.According to you it can be hot but ı brought fan your room ıbut it wa not hot.Check out time is 12:00 everywhere.If you want to extend you have to pay late check out fee.The room can be available or not you must pay.Many times ı expalined and ı will explain again.If there is no new arrival we have to close room sales untill you check out.Maybe room will not sold after check out.Many timesyou bargained.I will try to make happy all guests but we will not make it for you.I am so sorry.

    An amazing hotel filled with brilliant and attentive staff. All of your tours can easily be booked through them. Amazing breakfast and such lovely people! Close to the centre on foot but anything can be arranged with no hassle. Lovely clean rooms, although they are a bit smaller than they look online. Not a problem and to be expected. Lots to see and do, or not if you just want to relax in a nice quiet place. Couldn't recommend it more if you are looking in this area.
