    A pure majesty location optimal for see the Ballons in the sky ! Magic cave rooms and good staff , good position close to the city center ! Absolutely fantastic ! Breakfast with milk tea vegetables , roof top with magic view , an atmosphere for our dreams !!!!!!!

    Great location, vibe and hospitality. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and the room was nice. The breakfast is generous too, with a wide selection of dishes. There are only 5-6 rooms, so the vibe is pretty relaxed. Would highly recommend.

    One of the worst vacation experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff (a mother and daughter) stole my jacket from my room. I realized I'd forgotten it at the hotel an hour after checking out. Upon my return, the jacket was gone, and the cleaning staff had disappeared. The receptionist called them repeatedly, but they denied taking it. After reviewing the security camera footage, it was clear I'd entered the hotel that morning wearing the jacket and left without it after checking out. Although the receptionist and another staff member were helpful, I cannot recommend this accommodation, as some of the employees are thieves who disrespect tourists and prioritize making money over providing decent service.

    What a terrible hotel! •The owner did not like how we did not book tours and activities through the hotel, resulting in him being unwelcoming. •The owner lurked around the hotel, and we felt uncomfortable. •Once checked in, our room had a smell of damp, we soon discovered a leak from the above room which ran into the wall of our bathroom, on to tiles and dripped onto the toilet seat. Not a good experience. •The lighting was poor due to a number of bulbs being broken. •There were exposed wires in the bathroom for the lights and hair dryer. •The view was horrendous, looking out on to rubbish and discarded air vents. •The room felt more like a prison cell, than a hotel room. •On leaving the room, we checked for all of our belongings and a previous guest’s rubbish was found under the table and seat in the room. We decided to leave this hotel due to the issues and the probability of the hotel owner being rude/aggressive towards us. We reviewed the previous reviews left on booking.com and could see the issues we identified, had been identified by others, including that of the unwelcoming nature of the hotel owner. Once we had left, we contacted booking.com further to seek compensation. The hotel owner had stated we have not checked in (no show) and therefore we have been charged the whole amount. This is not the case. Furthermore, the hotel owner does not agree with our findings however we have photographic evidence. Clearly, the owner is in denial about the state of this hotel and their ability to deal with customers. We weren’t willing to engage with someone, who from our first hand experience, and then corroborated by reviews, could be rude, aggressive and potentially hostile.
