  I've been double charged ‎€108, unfriendly staff, AVOID THIS PLACE

  Please beware of this hotel or just don't stay here. we stayed here for 2 nights, we paid cash at the property directly to the hotel staff (I believed to be Mr. Sinan) upon checkout and he doesn't provide us cash receipt. Without I'm noticing it, my card has been charged €108 by the hotel. Tried to communicate (via email) with the hotel but they accused us not paying upon checkout. Reported this case to Agoda but they can't do anything since we don't have the receipt. Please be extra careful with this hotel's staffs. Avoid this dishonest hotel. They might double charged your card as what happened to me in January 2018. The staff also not friendly at all. We arrived the property at 7 am at 4 degree Celsius and the staff just let 4 of us outside without hesitate. Reporting this to Turkey and Cappadocia Tourism Board as well.

  Cozy and very open

  Small hostel. I was very lucky to be the only person in my dorm during my entire stay. It was a lot better than I expected. The location is perfectly situated to get down to the shops and up Sunset Point. Sinan from the front desk was also extremely helpful and accommodating during my stay. Free basic Turkish breakfast with wonderful views from the terrace. WiFi only only works at the lounge. The female dorm is at basement level and the room is damp but can get pretty cool at night. Although there is only one key to the dorm, I felt very safe throughout. They also have a clothesline for you to dry your clothes!

  You get what you pay for with this hostel. While the dorm room was definitely 'in a cave', it was on the basement level, and very cold and damp. I stayed in early May when it was still fairly cold and asked to turn the heaters on in our room, but was told they don't operate heaters after April. There aren't any lockers, and only one shared key for the whole dorm room so it feels a bit insecure. However breakfast was good, the common area is nice and the location is great.

  Yasin's is a great budget option in Goreme. Rooms are clean and secure. Cave rooms are a bit cool of an evening but have plenty of blankets to keep you warm. Tour options seem to be cheaper than the agencies in town. Family are friendly. Will stay again.

  Stayed 2 nights in cave room. Very quite, comfortable bed. Hot water. Breakfast. Amazing helpful personal. Only a problem that after shower everything become wet.If I have chance to visit Cappadokia again definitely will stay in the same place. Thank you guys!!
