    The hotel is very good located, the room was clean and the service was really good. The restaurant provides a wonderful view of the town and food and breakfast were delicious. I stayed at Ürgüp Konak Hotel but got also support from personnel at Ürgüp Suite Hotel (Ceylan). Staff was really kind and helpful.

    The hotel is affiliated with Dere Suites. They upgraded our room and we were pleased with the jacuzzi tub, restaurant, and exceptional staff. The reception staff are top notch. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend!

    everything was fine, Hotel is on good location, you can apply for the tours in cool price from reception, in This way you don’t have to rent a car or take taxi. all the personnel was really kind and helpful. Breakfast includes real Turkish taste and there will be kind manager. Restaurant was really good, i highly recommend “Testi Kebab”, it will be one the coolest serving that you have. Our room was clear, there was no any problem. All the workers tries their best, you can feel it from first step to the hotel. In my opinion the hotel deserve that price, i hope you will have no regret like us. Thanks for all the hotel personnel, sincerely. Linda and Soner.

    The Hotel is nice from the outside and has great vues. However the suites seem not to be updated ever since the Hotel was built. Our suite was large but the furniture and the flooring are old and worn out. The bathroom is even worse, with black mold everywhere. The hair dryer was directly connected to the power plug and after less than a minute of use it would turn incandescent and set the hair on fire. It was readily replaced after we asked the staff to. We also asked to change to another room but of course the Hotel was booked up, so they told us... Breakfast was poor and the one dinner "a la carte" that we ordered was absolutely inedible! The staff is nice and helpful but that is clearly not enough!

    The Úrgüp konak suítes were probably very good many many years ago, when it was built. But the Hotel seems not to have been upgraded ever since... A large room with old worn out furniture and flooring. The bathroom was definitely not OK. Black mold in the shower, lavatory, everywhere... The hair dryer was directly connected to the power outlet. We did ask to change to another room but they told us that the Hotel was booked up. The staff were nice and helpful though but that's not enough according to what we've paid for the lodging. The Hotel was clean throughout. The breakfast was poor and the meals (dinner) quite bad.
