    This was the second time visiting the hotel, with the first time being ten years ago. The staff are very helpful and very friendly and both times we have been very lucky to have a chat with the owner Halil, as well as having tea with his son. The hotel was clean, tidy and well presented. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of options, and staff were quick to replenish the food.Would definitely recommend getting up early to see the balloons everyday and this hotel has probably the best view. (We did try other sunset areas but drinking tea and watching from the hotel is easily the best). The hotel is central to the town centre which is beneficial and you can also purchase trips and tours from the hotel as well. Would recommend!!

    I stayed in this hotel recently as part of a group tour from Ireland ,All I can say is “wow” the place is a little bit of heaven .It is ideally situated and the views of the hot air balloons outside my window in the morning were amazing .The hotel comprises of idelyic cave rooms which are immaculately clean and well maintained with a beautiful balcony area outside every room .Onur and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and nothing seemed an inconvenience for them .If I’m ever lucky enough to make it back to Cappadocia this is definitely where I would book to stay agsin

    Hmm from where should I start…it was an amazing experience, the hotel beautiful, it’s very very clean , tasty food and drinks . The staff was great, they were very polite, welcoming , helpful and friendly . If you want to book this , you definitely should. Also every morning you gonna wake up with the views of the balloons from your window which is magical.

    Stayed here with the family for 3 nights, a really lovely hotel and excellent location in Goreme with stunning views over the town. Rooms were a good size, beds very comfy and bathrooms great with good showers. We were there in a very hot few days and lack of aircon in the room meant that night times were very warm in the room. Ok in cooler weather but this week it was 28c in the room in the middle of the night. Staff were lovely and the owners were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

    HI,I've been in a cave hotel in Matera Italy. This one you can not compare is a magic place every morning you wake up. A good location a fantastic view the owner Onur will do anything he can you to feel comfortable and well come. I was impressed with their service 'no need to go into details' one thing i can say you feel home. The Air Balloons booking was done in advance by him and assured I have my reserved day. The hotel location is in the centre city of Gorem where by walking you can walk either for a gelato or a snack or just wondering around and look to those big huge mushrooms, something rarely to see unique places. My trip was to locate a good cave hotel which I did and the Air Balloons trip which successfully accomplished. I feel very lucky to able to do this trip.
