    We came to Kayseri with my family to visit Erciyes. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly at the hotel. During our stay, Elif took care of the small issues we experienced with great patience.     -Poor english skills of staff-Opposite mosque and extremely loud at prayer times (call to prayer)-Inadequate temperature control (26c in room-too hot and AC barely helping)-Light in cupboard stays on all night, visible and annoying-Multiple disturbances by housekeeping despite Do Not Disturb sign-Initially asked to checkout at 12:00 despite having booked another night!     Lovely staff, calm and peaceful hotel

    The hotel is located in a perfect location in the middle of the city centre and very close to main attractions, the tram station is 2mins away walking distance. The staff at the reception and the cleansers are very lovely and helpful. I stayed here to go skiing in Erciyes and would definitely recommend.     This hotel is very central to the mosques, the palace, museums and the mall, so in our short stay here we could see a lot of the town just by walking around, we especially enjoyed shopping at the bazaar for hijabs and dresses. The stay was very comfortable and luxurious, I was most impressed with the bed and the pillows, I slept so well. The shower works well too. My brothers even had a haircut that was not badly priced at a hairdresser inside the hotel. The receptionist, Göktan spoke English well so it was easy to check out. The facilities in the hotel were impressive, a large gym, steam room, sauna and a pool, great facilities.
