  Very good location beside the bonnet supermarket and some of resto and culinary environtment. Not spacious room but quiete cozy fortunately no room view, clean room and friendly also helpfull staff by front desk, i like to stay here for budget hotel

  Second times to stay here due to the location is convenient for my Mom to shop around and closed to her doctor.Booked 2 rooms through booking.com, the reservation and front office staff’s really unresponsive with the guest inquiries.1. I sent them message a month prior my arrival date with some request and arrangements due to my late flight to Sby as my Mom has to check in first. I requested to have NON SMOKING room as I have severe allergy with the smell of cigarette. Received a general reply from Rembulan (AFOM) who just concerned about our arrival time. She never replied nor bothered the request which mentioned. The mobile phone number also unreachable.2. Upon checked in, they assigned 1 room non smoking (for my Mom) and 1 smoking room (for me) without our consent and we just got to know when my family arrived at the hotel. Once I arrived at the hotel and met Yoga at FO, he mentioned the non smoking rooms apparently were full and didnt give any solution.m, which I didn’t expect to hear after had a long flight. I agreed to upgrade and have a room beside from my Mom’s room. He stated the upgraded room is included breakfast. After I reached room, I called FO again to clarify and someone’s mentioned the new upgraded room included breakfast for 2 person. The next day, when I went to restaurant, they said only included for 1 person!3. Rooms were dirty!! Many spiders webs, dusty, torn and dirty towels, seems they dont have proper size of bedsheets, safety box no battery and doesn’t work!4. The following day, I went to FO and met the lady receptionist and request to fix the safety box and change the bed sheet (I even showed her the proof). Apparently they only fix the safety box but didn’t change the bedsheet.5. The key card for my Mom’s room wasn’t working and I had to go to FO and asked them to fix.

  Noisy hotel. The walls are made of paper, there are often parties which make a lot of noise early even on Sunday mornings. When it rains I have the impression that the rain falls in my room so much it makes noise, when someone passes in the corridor it is as if it crosses my room.

  Budget hotel with superb location and good facilities

  Very great stay at Bonnet Hotel. Bedroom was not spacious but it’s enough and the bed was so big. We got kingbed in our room with comfy pillow and clean bedcover. Bathroom was good, all utility well functioned. The special benefit of staying at Bonnet Hotel is the strategic location. It is located above supermarket. Along the street (Manyar Kertoarjo) there so many famous restaurants in Surabaya, even you just walk to reach them. Parking area is not too spacious but the staff was very helpful by giving us direction and they good at managing the parking lot.Overall, it’s very recommended. The room rate is the same with budget hotel but the cleanliness, rooms, bed, facilities is like 3-star hotel.

  Minimalist low budget and good service, Manner, staff, Management wise, good food location with supermarket and mid town. good for hotel meeting exhibition and conference. standard service good atmosphere and comfort
