  Room for improvement

  A great location just a few steps from the top of the main strip.Pool area lovely, plenty of sun beds and very friendly staff.Rooms…this is where the hotel lets itself down, our room was basic, that’s fine but the bathroom was in desperate need of a makeover. The shower cubicle was especially bad and the toilet flush temperamental ! ( we did report this)Cleanliness was also an issue with thick dust on the bed head and behind the TV.We did get a lot of noise with being on the side of the hotel, and the wifi was hit and miss, think we drew the short straw!!!Quite shocked that there was a charge for the safe, £4 a day seems excessive, also had to pay if you wanted an ironing board!!!All said we had a pleasant stay but sadly wouldn’t return.   Good experience , but with a few little tweaks could be even better.

  We recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback, as we feel it has so much potential and could become an even more special place for guests.The hotel itself is in a great location, and our room had a wonderful view. We can see why you have many loyal, returning guests—even multiple times a year. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the friendliness of your staff, particularly at the bar and from our maid, really stood out. Our maid’s work was excellent and much appreciated throughout our stay.That said, there are a few areas where small improvements could make a big difference: • Standards: Some regular guests mentioned that standards have slipped compared to previous visits. While our experience was generally positive, maintaining consistency will be key to keeping loyal guests returning. • Bar and Restaurant: The food was very good and the bar staff always friendly, but the prices for food and drink felt quite high. This seemed to encourage some guests to leave the pool area at lunchtime to eat elsewhere, which is a shame given the pleasant atmosphere at the bar. Additionally, the 10% surcharge for card payments on bar bills felt excessive. Including card fees in the overall pricing, might be more guest-friendly. • Maintenance: On arrival, we reported two light bulbs not working, which unfortunately were never fixed during our 14-day stay. On the positive side, when we reported a broken toilet seat, it was repaired the same day. Attention to smaller details like this would go a long way in guest satisfaction. • Housekeeping: While our maid provided excellent service, we did hear from other guests that cleaning standards varied. Also, rationing toilet paper is not ideal and could easily leave a negative impression despite otherwise good service.In summary:This is a lovely hotel with so much to offer—an ideal location, loyal guests, and a welcoming atmosphere. However, small lapses in standards, some maintenance delays, and high bar prices (with additional card charges) risk putting guests off. With just a little more focus on detail, the hotel could truly maximize its strengths and continue to build loyalty among returning visitors.We would happily stay again, now knowing what to expect.   Not Great and certainly not deluxe

  We were in a dingy room on the first floor, very dark and dismal, rooms were not cleaned to a high standard at all, furniture in need of updating, everything was old, cost of safe was £4 a night.Breakfast was not up to much, good if you like eggs eggs and eggs! No real choice of anything, orange was the watered down stuff and coffee and tea of a low quality.Drinks were very expensive at the bar, a house wine and JD and coke nearly £20.I won’t be visiting Turkey again with these inflated prices apparently caused by the President raising the cost of living, seriously driving tourists out!   Friendly hotel.

  My partner and I have just returned from a two week stay at this lovely hotel.The room was very clean and had the essential fridge, kettle and air con. Clean towels and bedding are provided daily on request.The hotel staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.Breakfast is traditional but a full English breakfast can be purchased at the pool side barThe sun loungers are plentiful and we did not have to get up early for towel warsJust a short 3 minute walk to the strip but at night the hotel is quiet with no noise coming from the main strip.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.   Peaceful Hotel

  Just had a short stay at this peaceful hotel, the swimming pool is a good size and extremely clean, rooms are basic but cleaned daily with good air con, and as other guests have noted there are no sunbed wars which is incredible rare, the staff are are very friendly and helpful, I will certainly return here in the future.
