We arrived with a school group of 12 students and were immediately confronted by a hotel manager who spoke to us in an intimidating and threatening manner, making it clear that this was not a hotel for children. This should have been made clear at the time of booking!If you do not wish to welcome young guests, then do not advertise your hotel as suitable for them. Be upfront about your policy and clearly label your establishment as “NO KIDS.”Spending six days in a hotel where the person in charge never once offered these young people a smile was a truly unpleasant experience. The students were made to feel unwelcome throughout their stay, as though they were a nuisance rather than paying guests. Such a lack of hospitality and basic courtesy is unacceptable, especially towards a group of young people.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great attitude and willingness to assist. Hotel premises were clean and proximity to shops/restaurants were a bonus. Great location - Clean and comfortable

Location is great, we walked everywhere. Hotel clean, room small but comfortable. View not nice, as we were over the garbage containers. Appreciated the complementary drink at the bar and the stocked mini fridge. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
