The beach hotel is located on Çalış Beach, 5 km from the centre of Fethiye, 20 km from Ölüdeniz and approximately 45 km from Saklıkent. Dalaman Airport is around 50 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 45 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and haven't been back to Calis Beach for 8 years and decided to go back as we have special memories of Calis. We knew the area so decided to go for the Mutlu as Jet 2 gave a great package including fantastic flight times. The reviews were good and also you have The Brothers Restaurant and Bar underneath which was amazing. The Hotel itself was in a perfect location for us. 20 Mtrs from the sea. About 100 Mtrs or so from the Fethieye Water taxi and town. The staff were so friendly. The room had everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast had a really good selection. The pool area never got busy. We will definitely be back. Already looking at next year.

    Excellent hotel spotlessly clean, probably one of the best locations on Calis promenade. Central for water taxi, Dolmus, taxi rank. Fabulous bar area wonderful staff.nothing is a trouble.Nice pool no fight for sunbeds.4th year returning to this hotel and each year it just gets better.

    Hotel Mutlu is a little gem. In a wonderful position with breakfast by the sea. Rooms recently renovated and beds very comfortable. All the restaurants are on the door step. We particularly liked Cafe Soul and Summmer Breeze.Out the back gate and up the road and cross the little bridge and we got a water taxi to Fethye which is a lovely town to spend time in.All the staff are very courteous.Enjoy

    This hotel is such a wonderful find. The rooms are clean and adequate. The housekeeping staff go into the room and clean it every day without fail. The pool area is spotless and plenty of sunbeds and they allow inflatables in the pool. The bar and restaurant area is a really pleasant space to hang out in and there’s a really good vibe from the staff. Coming in October was perfect because it is quiet, not many noisy children and still pretty hot. The hotel restaurant sells good food (their nachos are very tasty) and there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from along the rest of Calis beach too. The breakfasts are ok, I see some reviews here of people complaining about this aspect of the hotel. But there was a choice of cereal, toast, eggs, cheese, meats & salad and yoghurt with toppings. It really was fine. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Right on the seafront and at the quieter end of the strip. A great place for dog lovers as there are so many gentle, friendly dogs hanging about. Nearly every other guest that we spoke to said that they were returning, some of them for over a decade. I will definitely be returning. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

    Was not sure what to expect from a 3 star hotel in Çalış. We got in to the reception and found a pleasant environment and a friendly welcome. We checked in to 308, a clean but basic room, a little dated and in need of a refurb. Side view with a side view of the sea over the trees. We un packed then went for a walk of the local area, as it was tea time. This place has the best sunsets I've ever seen. As the holiday went on, we realised how relaxed and at ease we felt with all the staff. Bars to cleaners. My wife's birthday was on the 14th and when we got back to the room in the afternoon there was a bunch of flowers and fresh towels on the beds, a nice touch.The two brothers restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Beautifully flavoured and piping hot food. Speaking to the owners, they are they said that plans were ongoing for a refurb in the closed season. We went to a few lovely restaurants on the sea front and a full breakfast on the strip.Can't come next year but have decided to return in September 26.Thank you Brothers, will see you in 2 years 👍
