    Quiet French chic boutique hotel with sunny balcony

    Hotels in Nice could be quite pricy or dated at the main tourist areas. This hotel is quite new and very French chic - arched window frame, tastefully decorated with black & white tiles, blue Matisse's arts, white linens and a touch of bright yellow. Located at a quiet but safe neighbourhood few blocks away from the tourist spots, it's about 10-15mins walk to train, tram and beach side. We booked 4 nights at their "Superior Queen Room" during carnival month, the "book 2 get 1 night free" winter promotion made the value quite a bargain. There are a supermarket and coin laundry round the corner, which is very convenient. We were assigned to "Triple Room" in the first night due to overbooking that we're afraid it was not our liking - we would kindly suggest hotel to install a full enclose shower door as the water just splashing everywhere with the current design; small window makes the room dark and the third bed make the room quite small. But the super helpful management attented to our need and able to re-assign us back to the Queen Room with an amazing open balcony that we really enjoyed. Room size is modest and the bedding is very comfy. Hotel staffs were super friendly and very welcoming, gave us many good Nice recommendations. Daily cleansing were also spotless. We highly recommended staying in their rooms with balcony, you must not miss the sunlight of southern France.

    A modern hotel in the quietest part of Nice city centre. Extremely well located with the tram/airport access & train station nearby.The hotel is modern, simple & very stylish.     We had a fantastic stay at Hotel La Riviera, it's a boutique hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the main train station and very convenient for the tram line directly from the airport, which made getting around incredibly easy.The rooms are fabulous: beautifully presented, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming.What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Because we had stayed previously, they very kindly upgraded our room, which was such a lovely touch. They also allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated.Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection to start the day.Overall, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service in a perfect location.     Beautiful hotel . Modern . It is a lovely place to be in a quiet area but central. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing. The reception was warm and welcoming.
